复方中草药制剂对仔猪免疫机能和抗氧化能力的影响

在基础日粮中添加不同剂量的复方中草药制剂,研究其对仔猪免疫机能的影响。选取9窝(共90头)体重相近的杜×长×大三元杂交仔猪,随机分为3组,每组30头,分别饲喂基础日粮、基础日粮+复方中草药制剂1%、基础日粮+复方中草药制剂2%。试验期45 d。每组随机选取10头仔猪,分别在14、24、32、45日龄进行前腔静脉采血,测定部分免疫指标。结果表明,日粮中添加复方中草药制剂,能显著提高仔猪白细胞吞噬率、T-淋巴细胞转化率、血清免疫球蛋白含量和抗氧化酶活性,提高仔猪免疫力,减轻仔猪断奶应激。

Effect of compound Chinese herbal on immune function of piglets

Different dosages of compound Chinese herbal were supplemented to the basal diet to study its effect on immune function of piglets.9 litters of newborn "Duroc Landrace Yorkshire" crossbred piglets(90 piglets total) were divided into 3 groups with 30 piglets each,and fed with basal diet,basal diet plus compound Chinese herbal at levels of 1% and 2%,respectively.The trial was conducted for 45 d.Blood samples in 10 piglets from each group were taken on 14、24、32、42 day for measuring some immune indices.The results indicated that addition of compound Chinese herbal to the basal diet increased significantly phagocytosis rates of neutral granular cells,conversion rates of T-lymphocytes,the levels of serum IgA、IgG,and the content of blood antioxidase(SOD,GSH-PX).The trial implied that appropriate dosage of compound Chinese herbal could effectively inhibit weanling stress and enhance immunity of piglets.
