| Abstract: | The in vitro maturation of oocytes concerned quantity and quality of in vitro fertilization,thus influenced the success rate of embryo transfer.In this paper ,the influence of gonadotropin,steroid hormone and serum on in vitro maturation of bovine oocytes are ex- pounded. |
