摘    要:机械设备的维护升级,往往会产生大量的密封件废弃品,同时在生产制造密封件的过程中,也会产生大量边角废料.密封件材料不可分解和焚烧,大量密封件复合废料的堆积已成为工业生产中的严峻问题.本文研发了一种密封件复合废料分离再生设备,介绍其工作原理及装置的结构组成,设备突破了传统筛网设计思路,提出了涡旋气流分级装置及适用于微小粒径粉尘回收的高效除尘装置,同时公开了利用该设备微粉碎后的微粉加工形成的芳纶纤维平板的配比比例.

The Research and Application of the Regenerate Equipment for Seal Component Wastes

Abstract:There is a mass of seal component wastes produced during the improvement projects, and also a mass of leftover bits and pieces produced during the manufacturing process. The accumulation of the seal component wastes has been a serious problem in the industrial production for the reason that the material of the seal components is not easy to be decomposed and burned. In this paper, the principle of a new type regenerate equipment for seal components wastes is presented, which is a breakthrough of the traditional design of the sieve. And a vortex flow grading device and a effective dust separation plant are developed. Finally, a formula of aramid fiber plate made of the recycled seal component wastes is made public.
