甜菜细胞质雄性不育与花蕾细胞分裂素含量的关系

摘    要:以两对甜菜细胞质雄性不育系及其相应保持系为材料,利用间接酶联免疫(ELISA)检测技术,对生殖生长阶段花蕾组织中的细胞分裂素含量进行了研究。结果表明:在甜菜生殖生长阶段,花蕾中DHZR、IPA的含量表现为保持系高于其同型不育系,ZR的含量表现为不育系高于其保持系,两对不育系和保持系表现了相同的规律,因此可以认为细胞分裂素含量的变化与甜菜雄性不育的发生有一定的关系。

Abstract:Two pairs of monogerm cytoplasmic male sterile(CMS) and maintenance line sugar beet were chosen in this study.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays(ELISA) was used for testing cytokinin content in bud organ of reproductive growth period.The results showed that both dihydroribosidoadenine(DHZR) and isopentenylribosidoadenine(IPA) contents of maintenance line were higher than that of respective CMS sugar beet,whereas,the contents of ribosidoadenine(ZR) were higher than that of the maintenance line.The two pairs of sugarbeet represent the same tendency.As a result,there is relation between the variety of cytokinin content and the cytoplasmic male sterility in sugarbeet.
