摘    要:采用人工模拟酸雨及室内培养试验方法,研究了不同的模拟酸雨对水稻和小麦种子萌发的影响。结果表明,水稻与小麦种子在pH2.0时不发芽,pH2.5时只有异状发芽,ph≥3.0时,水稻和小麦种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数都随pH值的上升而增大,异状发芽率则降低;吸水值、呼吸速率、贮藏物质消耗率、贮藏物质运转效率也随pH值的上升而增大,芽长和根长的抑制指数则随pH值的增大而降低。酸雨胁迫下,水稻种子各项指标变幅低于小麦的事实表明,水稻抗酸雨胁迫能力强于小麦。

Abstract:The effects of acid rain on seed germi nation of various acid fastness plan ts were studied through simulating a cid rain by treating rice and wheat seeds with di fferent pHsolutions for 7days,including pH2.0,2.5,3.0,3.5,4.0and 5.0.Rice and wheat didn't germinate at pH 2.0and both had only abnormity germination at pH 2.5.When pH values were above 3.0,germ ination percentage,germination energy,ge rmination index,vigor index of wheat and rice seeds increased with decre ased acidity levels and the abnormal germination percentag e decreased.Water absorption,resp iratory rate,consumption and transformation rate of reserved substances also increased with increased pHvalue,while the inhibition index of bud and root length decrease d,on the contrary.The fact that rice seed varied more greatly in many indexes than wheat suggested that rice has stronger resistance to acid stress than wheat.
