牛蛙各个生育阶段整体营养成份分析

对越冬后牛蛙各生育阶段的整体营养成份进行了分析。结果表明，粗蛋白含量高低顺序为：幼蛙＞雌成蛙＞雄成蛙＞蝌蚪；粗脂肪含量为：雄成蛙＞雌成蛙＞蝌蚪＞幼蛙；氨基酸总含量为：幼蛙＞雄成蛙＞雌成蛙＞蝌蚪；各发育阶段无机元素的总含量排名为：Ｃａ＞Ｐ＞Ｋ＞Ｎａ＞Ｍｇ＞Ｆｅ＞Ｚｎ＞Ｍｎ＞Ｃｕ。

The nutrient composition in the whole body of Rana catesbiana at different growth and developmental stages after overwintering was analysed. The results indicated the magniture of the crude protein content was in the order of young bullfrog>female adult bullfrog>male adult bullfrog>tadpole; crude fat content in the order of male adult bullfrog>female adult bullfrog>tadpole>young bullfrog; and total amino acid content in the order of young bullfrog>male adult bullfrog>female adult bullfrog>tadpole; The total inorganic elemental content at different growth and developmental stages was arranged as follows: Ca>P>K>Na>Mg>Fe>Zn>Mn>Cu.
