小麦抗寒性研究现状与展望

摘    要:综述小麦抗寒的生理生化指标变化及分子机制,主要包括氨基酸、可溶性糖、脂肪酸、膜保护酶、内源激素、抗寒基因及抗寒蛋白的变化;概括了提高小麦抗寒性的具体措施,如栽培方面进行抗寒锻炼并合理施肥、通过分子杂交培育抗寒新品种,引种驯化及外源化学物质处理;并对小麦抗寒育种方面进行了展望。

Abstract:The physiological and biochemical changes and molecular mechnisim of cold resistance of wheat were reviewed,including changes of amino acids,soluble sugars,fatty acids,membrane protective enzyme,endogenous hormones,anti-freeze gene and antifreeze protein;Wheat specific measures to improve cold resistance were summarized,such as cold hardening and rational fertilization in cultivation,cultivating new hardy varieties through hybridization,domestication and introduction of exogenous chemical treatment;and wheat breeding for cold resistance was predicted.
