银川市水资源优化配置研究

在对银川市水资源开发利用状况分析的基础上,指出水资源利用效率低,农业用水比例过大,水污染严重等是银川市水资源利用中存在的主要问题,进而提出:农业节水、工业循环利用,地表水和地下水联合运用等水资源优化配置措施。

Study on the water resource optimal allocation in the city of Yinchuan

On the basis of utilization of water resources development in Yinchuan City,pointed out that the low water use efficiency,a disproportionately large share of agricultural water use,water pollution-to-peer is the main problems in the use of water resources of Yinchuan City,and then proposed:agriculture section water,industrial recycling,surface water and groundwater use optimal allocation of water measures is the best form.
