笔者从气象部门为新农村建设步伐加快,全球气候变暖对农作物的影响,农业、农村、农民对气象信息产品的要求也越来越高,气象部门必须进一步提高服务产品质量,不断探索新的服务方式,为保证农民增产增收和我国粮食生产的安全充分发挥应有的作用。
