| 摘 要： | 笔者从河北省粮食作物保险的经营现状出发,从粮食作物保险的风险保障程度较低、提高粮食作物保险的补偿能力比较困难、经营粮食作物保险还缺乏专业技术人员和定损技术,以及粮食作物保险经营过程中存在较严重的逆选择问题等角度,分析了河北省粮食作物保险在灾害补偿中的问题,然后分析了存在问题的原因。

| Abstract: | In this paper,starting from the perspectives in operating status of the crop insurance in Hebei Province,the lower level of risk protection degree of food crop insurance,lack of professional persons and technical in food crop insurance compensation operation,as well as food crop insurance more serious adverse selection problems in the course of business,analyze on the problems of food crop insurance in disaster compensation in Hebei Province,and then analyze the cause of the problems. |
