摘    要:在盆栽条件下,研究了丁二酸浸种对玉米叶片光合色素含量及其相关酶活性的影响.结果表明,丁二酸不同浓度提高了玉米叶片中叶绿素a、叶绿素b、类胡萝卜素含量及Chla/Chlb值;增强了硝酸还原酶(NR)、谷氨酰胺合成酶(GS)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)的活性,而降低了丙二醛(MDA)含量.在所有处理中以T3(300 mg/L)效应最为显著.

Abstract:With the pot experiments, effects of soaking seeds with succinic acid on the photosynthetic pigment content and enzyme activity in maize leaves were studied in this paper. The results showed that the suitable concentration of suc-cinic acid could increase the content of photosynthetic pigment in leaves.The activity of nitrate reductase(NR) ,glutamine synthetase(GS) , superoxide dismutase( SOD) , peroxidas (POD) was enhanced. However, the content of maloaldehyde (MDA) in functional leaves was lower than that of control.The concentration of succinic acid was the best when treated with T3 (300 mg/L).
