| 摘 要： | 研究了大学生党员的继续教育问题,对大学生党员继续教育的途径、意义、措施进行了深入的阐释.认为大学生党员继续教育是一项战略工程、系统工程和目标工程.有利于树立基层党组织的良好形象,有利于促进大学生党员的发展,有利于激励入党积极分子的入党志愿;并对其教育的内容、阵地和方式进行了探索.

| Abstract: | This paper studies the approaches, significance and measures of the continuing education of college student Party members, taking it as a strategic project , a systematic project and a target project. The continuing education of college student Party members benefits the establishment of a nice image of the grass - roots party organizations, facilitates the growth of college student Party members and inspires the other enthusiasts to join the Party. The paper also discusses the contents, areas and methods of the education. |
