关于推进黑龙江省农业产业化发展的建议

农业产业化是增加农民收入，推进产业结构调整，协调工业化和城市化发展的有效路径。针对目前政府宣传力度不强、农民产业化知识匮乏，龙头企业牵动力不强等制约黑龙江省农业产业化发展的因素，提出改善环境、建立特色基地等措施稳步推进农业产业化，带动农业经济发展的建议。
