无公害芽菜工厂化生产病害防治的研究

摘    要:以豌豆为材料进行过氧乙酸(PAA)在无公害芽菜工厂化生产病害防治中的应用研究.0.03%PAA(pH5.8)能提高萌发率,促进豌豆幼根、幼芽生长,且长势整齐一致.0.05%PAA(pH5.1)开始降低萌发率,抑制幼根、幼芽的生长,根部出现轻度受害症状.0.10%PAA以上浓度,对生长的抑制作用依次加强,根部出现严重受害症状.在芽菜工厂化生产中,可用PAA杀菌、调节培养液pH值,提供活性态氧,进行无公害、绿色食品的生产.

Abstract:In this paper we studied the usage of peraceticacid (PAA) in prevention and elimination of the disease of producing no public hazard bud vegetables in factory which took Pisum sativum as materials. 0. 03% PAA( pH5. 8) which can raise germination ratio and make the seedling grow rapidly in the same speed. 0.05%PAA(pH5.1)which begin to lower the germination ratio and inhibit the seedling ro grow, what is more, to have slight harmful symptoms in the root. 0. 10% PAA and more which have stronger inhibition to the seedling grow, more harmful symptoms in the root. In producing bud vegetables, PAA can be used to kill bacteria, fungi?virus, adjust the pH value of culture liquid and supply the activity oxygen, in order to produce no public hazard?green food.
