| 摘 要： | 随着西部大开发及知识经济时代的到来,新疆的人才,特别是科技人才,将成为比原材料、资金等更为重要的生产要素,是真正占主导地位的资源。文章对新疆科技人才态势的现状进行了分析研究,指出了存在的问题,并结合新疆的实际状况,对新疆科技人才队伍建设做了相关的对策研究。

| Abstract: | Facing the West Development and coming of knowledge economy era, the talents in Xinjiang, especially who master science and technology, will become the most important factor and the real leading resource rather than materials, capitals and others. The current situation of scientific and technological talents was analyzed and existed problems pointed out in the paper. According to realities of Xinjiang, some helpful advices on the formation of scientific and technological talents team were put forward. |
