不同品种中部烟叶SPAD值及其与叶绿素含量的相关性分析

摘    要:为了研究叶绿素仪SPAD-502在判断不同烤烟品种最佳采收时间中的应用,以宣威烟区6个主栽烤烟品种中部成熟采收烟叶为研究对象,对不同品种烟叶叶绿素含量和SPAD值进行测定和相关性分析。结果表明,6个烤烟品种中部成熟采收烟叶的总叶绿素含量和SPAD值相关性规律基本一致,相关系数为0.388 0~0.785 6,均呈极显著正相关(P0.01)。表明使用叶绿素仪能在田间较好地判断6个品种中部烟叶采收成熟度。其中,对于云烟87和云烟97中部成熟采收烟叶来说,采用叶绿素仪测定的最佳部位均为叶基部,SPAD值范围分别为33.2~33.8,31.1~37.9;对于云烟100、云烟105和K 326中部成熟采收烟叶来说,采用叶绿素仪测定的最佳部位为叶尖部,SPAD值范围分别为23.3~28.5,25.7~29.6,30.4~37.0;对于红花大金元中部成熟采收烟叶来说,采用叶绿素仪测定的最佳部位为叶中部,SPAD值范围为32.3~38.4。

Abstract:In order to study the application of chlorophyll meter(SPAD-502) in the best harvest time of middle leaves of different tobacco cultivars,the field experiment was carried out to investigate the correlation between chlorophyll content and SPAD values in the middle leaves with maturity of six main cultivated tobacco cultivars in Xuanwei City.The results showed that the variation trends of the correlation of chlorophyll content and SPAD values were identical in the middle leaves with maturity of tobacco cultivars.The chlorophyll content was all significantly positively correlated to SPAD values(P <0.01),and the correlation coefficient ranged between 0.3880 ~ 0.7856.This result indicated that chlorophyll meter could be used to determine suitable harvest time of the middle leaves with maturity of six tobacco cultivars.For the middle leaves of Yunyan 87 and Yunyan 97 with maturity,the base of leaf was the best choice to be measured by SPAD-502 for discriminating best harvest time of tobacco leaves,and the range of chlorophyll meter SPAD value were 33.2 ~ 33.8,31.1 ~ 37.9,respectively.For the middle leaves of Yunyan 100,Yunyan 105 and K 326 with maturity,the apex of leaf was the best measured part of chlorophyll meter,and the range of readings were 23.3 ~ 28.5,25.7 ~ 29.6 and 30.4 ~37.0,respectively.For the middle leaves of Honghuadajinyuan with maturity,the middle of leaf was the best measured part of chlorophyll meter,and the range of readings were 32.3 ~ 38.4,respectively.
