TH6350卧式加工中心自动换刀机构有限元建模及动力特性分析

摘    要:采用有限元法建立TH6350卧式加工中心自动换刀机构各部件的有限元模型,并把每个部件作为一个子结构进行分析,用模态综合法建立整个换刀机构的有限元模型.通过分析自动换刀机构有限元模型的动态特性,找出薄弱模态,对其进行结构改进,以提高其换刀速度.

Abstract:FEMs(Finite Element Model) of ATC(Automatic Tool Changer) were built with modal synthetic method on the basis of building finite element models for each spare part of automatic tool changer in the TH6350 bed machining center and analyzing each spare part as a sub-structure.The tool change process might be sped up by analyzing the dynamic characteristics of FEMs of the ATC to find out the weak modals and to modify the structures of the ATC.
