基于IFS法评估贵港市草莓农药残留的风险

摘    要:为了解草莓的农药残留情况,对贵港市10家农户种植的草莓样品进行了30种农药的抽样监测。结果发现抽样样品中共检出10种农药,检出率为33.3%;10个样品中有9个检出有农药,检出率为90.0%,其中有1个样品的氯氟氰菊酯农药残留超标,超标率为10.0%。抽样草莓样品的结果表明农药残留的安全指数都小于1,其安全影响的风险和安全状态均可以接受。其中除草莓样品中氯氟氰菊酯残留的风险系数R2.5处于高度风险状态外,其余农药残留系数皆处于低风险状态。

To evaluate the risk of pesticide residual in strawberry at Guigang City based on IFS method

Abstract:In order to understand pesticide residual of strawberry,samples from 10 farming households are tested for 30 pesticides' residual. The results show that 10 pesticides are detected with 33.3% rate;among 10 samples,9 samples are detected with pesticides with 90% rate,one sample has been detected with excessive residual of cyhalothrin(excessive rate of 10%). The results also show that the safety index of pesticide residual is lower than 1,the risk and safety situation of their influences are all acceptable. Except risk coefficient of cyhalothrin residual(R)2.5,which means highly risk,other pesticide residuals coefficient are all in lower risk.
