| 摘 要： | 在肠卷石蜡切片上,应用Grimelius法对锡嘴雀消化道嗜银细胞的分布、密度、形态等方面进行了比较研究.结果显示:在食管和腺胃等消化部位均未发现嗜银细胞,在肠段处遍及该种内分泌细胞,其分布密度整体呈上升趋势,在直肠处出现密度极值,而在十二指肠处的分布密度最低.嗜银细胞主要分布于黏膜及腺泡上皮之间,有少量位于上皮细胞基部...

| Abstract: | Based on the paraffin sections in the intestine,distribution,density,shape & other aspects in argentaffine cells in digestive tract of Hawfinch were compared by using Grimelius method.Results are as follows: argentaffine cells couldn't be found in esophagus,proventriculus & other digestive parts;the argentaffine cells could be found throughout most of the intestine;the argentaffine cells distribute in an upward trend;density maximum occurs in the rectum,in the duodenum density at the minimum.Argyrophil cell... |
