我国水稻产业工程机械化发展研究

水稻是我国粮食生产中主要粮食作物，分布广、面积大，是我国单产最高、总产最多的粮食作物，水稻生产在我国粮食生产中占有不可替代的重要地位，提高水稻综合生产能力是保障我国粮食生产的长期战略目标。随着农村产业结构调整，要改变水稻生产过程中传统的“面朝黄土背朝天”的落后生产方式．仅靠发展水稻生产过程中的机械化是不够的。水稻生产要走产业化、规模化道路，要实现种植、加工、销售一条龙服务。这样才能真正提高水稻产业综合生产能力，促进农民增收，保障我国粮食安全。对水稻产业工程机械化的涵义及我国水稻产业工程机械化发展现状和存在的问题以及发展环境进行了分析，并从科学的角度提出了我国水稻产业工程机械化发展措施。

Mechanization of Rice Production Project Development Research In China

Rice is the main crop in the food production in China, which is widely distributed in a large area and has the highest yield and total output of all the food crops. The rice production is irreplaceable for China＇s food production, therefore it is our long-term strategic goal to improve our comprehensive ability to produce rice to ensure China＇s food supply. With the adjustment of countries＇ industrial structure, it is not only necessary to change the traditional out-date production to the mechanized production, the rice production is also needed to be industrialized and in a large scale. We need to realize one-stop service of planting, processing and sales, by which the comprehensive pro- duction of rice industry, the growth of farmers＇ income and the security of China＇s food supply can be realized. This paper ana- lyzes the connotation of the industrialization of rice production, the present industrialized state of China＇s rice production, exist- ing problems and the development environment, and proposes some developing measures for mechanization of rice production from the scientific point of view.
