和田河流域中游生态系统健康评价研究

目的]和田河流域中游生态系统健康评价指标体系的构建.方法]以体现系统活力、组织结构、恢复力、服务功能作为出发点,构建了由生态安全、社会发展、环境保障、人群健康4个方面量度,19个单项指标组成的和田河流域中游生态系统的健康评价指标体系,基于AHP法的评价.结果]一是干旱区特殊的自然条件使得生态安全性较低;二是地区经济水平落后使得社会发展与相应的环保投入滞后.提出相应措施,对进一步开展和田河流域生态系统健康评价工作提出了展望.结论]和田县、和田市、墨玉县、洛浦县四个行政单元都呈现出不健康的状态.

Research on Ecosystem Health Assessment in Middle Reaches of Hotan River Basin, Xinjiang

Taking systematic vigor,institutional structure,recuperability and serving functions as springboard,the index system of ecosystem health assessment in middle reaches of Hotan River Basin is established,which contains nineteen indexes and they are mainly constituted from four aspects as follows:ecological security,social development,environmental guarantee and population group health.Assessment results by AHP method indicate that: Four administration cells as Hotan county,Hotan city,Moyu county and Luopu county are all in ill health states.There are two reasons resulting in low integrated scores:the first one is that:especial natural conditions in arid area depresses ecological security;the second one is that:the behindhand economy in the region defers the investment in social development and corresponding environmental protecting measures.Some response measures are suggested and three expectations are produced about the further promotion of economic health assessment research of Hotan River Basin ecosystem.
