硅胶管气样原位采集技术研究土壤N_2O浓度及通量变化   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:2  
箱法被广泛用于监测土壤N_2O排放通量,但在原位采集高浓度土壤N_2O、全天候监测N_2O通量变化、动态研究土壤剖面N_2O的行为等方面存在弊端.本研究通过室内模拟硅胶管对N_2O的通透性,探索硅胶管用于原位采集土壤气样的理论可行性.田间试验设施用铵态氮肥(NH_4~+)、施用硝态氮肥(NO_3~-)及施用硝态氮肥加葡萄糖(NO_3~-+C)等3个处理,同时安置硅胶管和采样箱,验证硅胶管法在原位采集高浓度土壤N_2O气样、监测土壤N_2O浓度以及排放通量的实际效果,并与箱法进行比较.结果表明,硅胶管内外的N_2O气体经2.9 h达到95%的平衡,完伞能满足大田采样要求;用硅胶管法原位采集高浓度土壤N_2O气样的效果显著优于箱法采样.其浓度变化表现出明显的时间规律,浓度梯度法计算的N_2O排放通量与箱法测定结果呈显著正相关,但数值偏低;偏低的程度取决于采样位置和土壤中N_2O产生位置的匹配程度.建议采用埋于土壤表层的硅胶管计算地面N_2O排放通量,或在不同土层埋人硅胶管研究土壤剖面N_2O行为的时空变异.  相似文献

以苯基三甲氧基硅烷(Phenyltrimethoxysilane,PTMS)、1,1,3,3-四甲基二硅氧烷(1,1,3,3-Tetramethyldisiloxane,HTMS)和六甲基二硅氧烷(Hexamethyldisiloxane,HMDSO)为主要原料,酸性阳离子交换树脂为催化剂,采用水解缩聚的方法制备了苯基含氢硅树脂(Hydrogen containing phenyl silicone resin,PHMT树脂),采用傅里叶转换红外线光谱(Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy,FTIS)和核磁共振氢谱(1H Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy,1HNMR)对其结构进行了表征,并对其制备工艺、固化性能进行了研究.结果表明,甲氧基的水解程度达99.9%,但羟基缩聚不完全,其残留量约为质量分数0.57%.采用含氢量为体积分数0.37%,黏度为722 mPa·s的苯基含氢硅树脂为交联剂,其固化物机械性能较好.  相似文献

Plastination is a late 20th century preservation methodology which replaces tissue fluid within a specimen with a curable polymer, such as silicone. Plastination yields superb, beautiful, well‐preserved specimens each with their own unique qualities. Silicone polymer is used around the world to preserve macroscopic cadavers or portions/organs thereof. Plastination was conceived by Dr. Gunther von Hagens, Universität Heidelberg, Heidelberg, Germany prior to 1977. Silicone polymer was the primary polymer which emerged initially for plastination. The Biodur® line of silicone polymer and additives was chosen and manufactured because it has consistently produced the best plastinates since the inception of plastination. Since the discovery of silicone, generic and similar silicone polymers are known and used around the World by many industries and used in numerous products. The plastination process has four steps: Specimen preparation, Specimen dehydration and degreasing, Vacuum‐forced impregnation of specimens and Specimen hardening.  相似文献

Lumbar myelography, intraosseous caudal vertebral venography, and epidurography were performed in 12 normal, mature mixed-breed dogs. The radiographic appearance of the lumbosacral region was evaluated in both the lateral and ventrodorsal projections. These three radiographic contrast procedures were repeated in the same dogs after the introduction of a silicone mass into the spinal canal at the lumbosacral junction. The radiographic findings were compared with postmortem findings to determine which contrast procedure was most useful in detecting the mass in the lumbosacral spine. None of the procedures evaluated consistently produced good-quality studies in the normal dogs. After introduction of the silicone mass, lumbosacral epidurography yielded the largest number of positive correlations. However, the sensitivity of lumbosacral epidurography was less than 50% in the lateral projection and less than 20% in the ventrodorsal projection. Though none of the procedures were consistently helpful in the diagnosis of the lumbosacral masses, lumbosacral epidurography has the most potential to give consistently good-quality studies and thereby a greater probability of detecting an abnormality.  相似文献

Silicone tubes filled with estradiol‐17β (E2) or the xenestrogen, bisphenol A (BPA) were covered with a polyethylene tube and implanted into mice subcutaneously. The releasing patterns from the tube in vivo were obtained from the volume of estrogen remaining in the tube by measurement with high performance lipid chromatography. E2 in glycerol was released in a few days from a silicone tube, which was not covered with a polyethylene tube (Type A). However, E2 in sesame oil was released very slowly from the silicone tube covered with a polyethylene tube (Type B) and approximately 10% of E2 remained in the tube at 56 days after implantation into the mice. The mean linear regression equation for E2 was Y = 70.967 ? 1.2271X (R2 = 0.9268) and the quadratic regression equation was Y = 77.97 ? 2.2773X + 0.0194 × 2 (R2 = 0.9864). The remainder rate curves of E2 and BPA were not significantly different throughout the experimental period of 56 days. The Type B tube in the present experiment might be useful for long‐term administration of estrogens.  相似文献

This article reviews recent advances in both technology and technique that have greatly increased the success rate of retinal reattachment surgery. Due to easy volatilization of volatile organic compounds from water,it is difficult to monitor their aerobic biodegradation in the traditional single water system.Whether a two-liquid-phase system(TLPS) could overcome this obstacle and enhance the degradation of volatile contaminants? In this study,a TLPS composed of silicone oil and water was employed to investigate the biodegradation of volatile compounds,trichlorobenzenes(TCBs),by the adapted microorganisms in an activated soil.The degradation and volatilization of TCBs in TLPS and in a single water system were compared.The results showed that due to volatilization losses of TCBs,the mass balance of TCBs in a single water system was very low.In contrast,using TLPS could effectively inhibit the volatilization losses of TCBs and achieved a very good mass balance during the biodegradation process.Meanwhile,the TLPS could increase microbial activity and microbial growth during the degradation process.With TLPS,the TCB degradation was in descending order of 1,2,4-TCB> 1,2,3-TCB>> 1,3,5-TCB,which was related to the exposed concentration of the contaminants in soil.This study showed that TLPS could be employed as an effective tool to evaluate the biodegradation of volatile hydrophobic organic compounds,which could not be achieved with the traditional single water system.  相似文献

In the conditions of low temperature and low pressure, the white hydrated calcium silicate powder was produced through the dynamic hydrothermal synthesis technology. Through studying the properties of hydrated calcium silicate powder which is made by different synthesis temperature and the influence of hydrated calcium silicate powder,calcium carbonate and quartz powder on the mechanical properties of silicone rubber, it is found that the hydrated calcium silicate powder which is produced at (120±5)℃ has better performance enhancement. Besides the size of particle, the surface reactivity is also an important factor.  相似文献
