Within the framework of a molecular exploration of target resistance in populations of Myzus persicae on oilseed rapes in France, (1) the S431F mutation (coding gene ace2), although previously reckoned to be rare, revealed to be frequent, (2) M918L (phenotypically characterised) and L932F (both on para) were found for the first time in M. persicae, and (3) a linkage was revealed between M918L and S431F. While until recently populations developing on French oilseed rapes were dominated by genotypes possessing pyrethroid target resistance and esterase overproduction, to date a different type of dominating genotype, equipped with carbamate and pyrethroid target resistance, seems to be invading such fields.  相似文献

The kinetics of interaction with soil of three carbamate pesticides (I, II, III) used as nematicides and herbicides was studied at four different temperatures from solutions of six soil samples of Aligarh district. The values obtained for rate constants for adsorption and desorption were in good agreement with those obtained from the Lindstrom model, which proved useful in the simultaneous evaluation of adsorption (k1) and desorption (k2) rate constants. The rate constants for pesticides were in the order III > I > II on all the six soil samples. The data for rate constants, activation energies, heats of activation, entropy of activation and thermodynamic parameters indicated a partly physical and partly chemical adsorption of pesticide on the soil surfaces. Adsorption occurred via coordination and/or protonation of the exchangeable cations with the amidic carbonyl group, and hydrogen bonding and dipole association at the crystal edge and basal surfaces. The adsorptivity of the soils may be attributed to the organic matter content and percentage clay content.  相似文献

以芳香硝基化合物、2-氯-5-吡啶甲醇和一氧化碳为原料,在Pd-Fe/Ti O2催化下进行羰基化反应,合成了11个新型氨基甲酸-2-氯吡啶-5-甲酯化合物,其结构经1H NM R和M S表征。初步抑菌活性测定结果表明:在50 mg/L下,大多数目标化合物对4种供试病原菌具有一定的抑制活性,其中化合物3f(4-甲氧基苯基氨基甲酸-2-氯吡啶-5-甲酯、3h(2,4-二氯苯基氨基甲酸-2-氯吡啶-5-甲酯)和3j(3,4-二氯苯基氨基甲酸-2-氯吡啶-5-甲酯)对小麦赤霉病菌Gibberella zeae的抑制率达77.3%以上,3f对苹果轮纹病菌Physalospora piricola的抑制率达82.5%,与对照药多菌灵接近;所有化合物在50 mg/L下对番茄灰霉病菌Botrytis cinerea的抑制活性均优于对照药多菌灵。  相似文献

为了缩短用于蔬菜上有机磷和氨基甲酸酯类农药残留检测的酶抑制分光光度法的检测时间对抑制时间为10min时的最适条件进行了研究。提出了新的最适条件确定标准,即保证酶的活性保持在一定的水平的基础上(0.1333min-1≤k1≤0.2667min-1[1]),选择抑制率(以甲胺磷为抑制剂)最高时的温度和pH值作为最适条件。确定了抑制时间为10分钟时的最适条件为:抑制温度47.0℃,pH值为7.7。进而在此最适条件下确定了新的检测结果判断标准:当酶抑制率≥58%时,蔬菜中含有某种有机磷或氨基甲酸酯类农药残留为阳性。  相似文献

PIRA-PCR ( p rimer- i ntroduced r estriction a nalysis PCR) was developed to detect isolates of Fusarium graminearum with moderate resistance to carbendazim, a methyl benzimidazole carbamate (MBC)-group fungicide. Two primer pairs were designed and synthesized according to the nucleotide sequence of the β 2-tubulin gene from F. graminearum. Fragments of 164 bp were amplified by nested PCR from isolates differing in carbendazim sensitivity. A Hin dIII restriction enzyme recognition site was introduced artificially by inner primers to detect a mutation at codon 167, and Taa I ( Tsp 4CI) restriction enzyme was used to detect a mutation at codon 200. The sensitivity of isolates to carbendazim was determined by analyzing electrophoresis patterns of the resulting PCR products after simultaneous digestion with both Hin dIII and Taa I. Results from PIRA-PCR and a conventional method (mycelial growth on agar) were identical but PIRA-PCR required only 7–8 h while the conventional method required 5–7 days. This study demonstrates that PIRA-PCR not only monitors the appearance of moderately resistant isolates, but can be useful for detecting genotypes of F. graminearum with moderate resistance to carbendazim.  相似文献

Activity of carboxylic acid amide (CAA) fungicides against Bremia lactucae   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
Four carboxylic acid amide (CAA) fungicides, mandipropamid (MPD), dimethomorph (DMM), benthiavalicarb (BENT) and iprovalicarb (IPRO) were examined for their effects on various developmental stages of Bremia lactucae, the causal agent of downy mildew in lettuce, in vitro and in planta. Spore germination in vitro or on leaf surfaces was inhibited by all CAA fungicides (technical or formulated). MPD was more effective in suppressing germination than DMM or BENT, whereas IPRO was least effective. CAA induced no disruption of F-actin microfilament organisation in germinating spores of B. lactucae. CAA applied to germinating spores in vitro prevented further extension of the germ tubes. When applied to germinated spores on the leaf surface they prevented penetration. Preventive application of CAA to intact plants inhibited infection. MPD was more effective in suppressing infection than DMM or BENT, whereas IPRO was least effective. Curative application was effective at ≤3 h post-inoculation (hpi) but not at ≥18 hpi. CAA (except IPRO) applied to upper leaf surfaces inhibited spore germination on the lower surface and hence reduced infection. CAA suppressed sporulation of B. lactucae on floating leaf discs and when sprayed onto infected plants two days before onset of sporulation. BENT and DMM were more effective in suppressing sporulation than MPD or IPRO. Epidemics of downy mildew in shade-house grown lettuce were suppressed by CAA. A single spray applied to five-leaf plants before transplanting controlled the disease for 50 days. The results suggest that CAA are effective inhibitors of spore germination and therefore should be used as preventive agents against downy mildew of lettuce caused by B. lactucae.  相似文献

叶类蔬菜中氨基甲酸酯类农药残留的超声波清洗条件优化   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
研究旨在通过优化超声波清洗条件降低叶类蔬菜中氨基甲酸酯类农药的残留量,研究高效、安全的农药去除方法,以期为叶类蔬菜的采后超声波清洗产业化发展提供技术支持。通过比较超声波处理与清水漂洗处理在农药去除率中的差异性,并且从超声波功率、清洗时间和清洗温度等方面探究超声波处理对果蔬中氨基甲酸酯类农药残留的清除效果,然后通过正交试验得出超声波清洗条件的最佳组合,最后结合超声波清洗对叶类蔬菜中营养成分的影响,从而得出叶类蔬菜中氨基甲酸酯类农药残留的超声波清洗最佳条件。实验结果显示:当超声波功率为100 W,清洗时间为5 min,清洗温度为19℃时,得到菠菜的最佳清洗效果,农药去除率可以达到92.7%;当超声波功率70 W,清洗时间5 min,清洗温度19℃时,得到小白菜的最佳清洗效果,农药去除率达到92.1%。而且菠菜、小白菜经超声波清洗的去除效果要显著优于清水浸泡去除效果。根据不同清洗条件下抗坏血酸保留率的比较分析,得出:在使用超声波清洗叶类蔬菜时,超声波功率不应超过100 W,清洗时间控制在5 min内,清洗温度不超过25℃,这样既能够有效地去除叶类蔬菜中的农药残留,同时对营养成分也具有较高的保留率。  相似文献

Twenty-two strains of the tobacco caterpillar, Spodoptera litura (F.) (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae), collected from groundnut crops of eight locations in Andhra Pradesh, India, between 1991 and 1996 were assayed in the F1 generation for resistance to commonly used insecticides. Resistance levels ranged as follows: cypermethrin, 0·2- to 197-fold; fenvalerate, 8- to 121-fold; endosulfan, 1-to 13-fold; quinalphos, 1- to 29-fold; monocrotophos, 2- to 362-fold and methomyl, 0·7- to 19-fold. In nearly all strains pre-treatment with the metabolic inhibitor, piperonyl butoxide, resulted in complete suppression of cypermethrin resistance (2- to 121-fold synergism), indicating that enhanced detoxification by microsomal P450-dependent monooxygenases was probably the major mechanism of pyrethroid resistance. Pre-treatment with the synergist DEF, an inhibitor of esterases and the glutathione S-transferase system, resulted in a 2- to 3-fold synergism with monocrotophos indicating that esterases and possibly glutathione S-transferases were at least to some extent contributing to organophosphate resistance. © 1997 SCI.  相似文献
