将红檬实生苗培养于改良无土基质中,接种泡囊-丛枝菌根Glomuscitrocolum,以不接种菌根为对照,并分别施用含氮量相等的3种氮肥,即硝酸按(NO3-N)、尿素(NH2-N)和硫酸铵(NH4-N)。接种菌根16周后,施不同氮肥的红檬实生苗均有效地感染了菌根,并促进了植株的生长。试验证明,红实生苗施硝态氮(NO3-N)使植株的菌根依赖性有明显提高。  相似文献

本研究利用GC-MS对3个柠檬品种和2个贵州地方特色宽皮柑橘(牛肉红朱橘和朱红橘)果肉中可溶性糖和有机酸含量进行了检测。研究结果表明,共检测到蔗糖、果糖、葡萄糖、木糖等10种可溶性糖,以及柠檬酸、苹果酸、奎宁酸、草酸等10种有机酸。柠檬、牛肉红朱橘、朱红橘可溶性糖和有机酸组分类似,差异主要在含量上。可溶性糖含量分析结果表明,果实中主要可溶性糖为蔗糖、果糖和葡萄糖,3种主要的可溶性糖在牛肉红朱橘和朱红橘中的平均含量均显著高于柠檬,分别是柠檬的4.51倍、2.18倍和1.68倍。有机酸含量分析结果表明,柠檬有机酸含量远高于牛肉红朱橘和朱红橘,3个柠檬柠檬酸和奎宁酸的平均含量分别是2个宽皮柑橘的12.18倍和10.05倍。以上分析结果表明,可溶性糖和有机酸含量反映了柑橘品种的种质特征,且与果实风味和口感一致。  相似文献

‘黄绣球’是从沃尔卡姆柠檬芽变培育而来的柠檬新品种。树姿呈开张状,春梢刺少且刺长度适中;嫩叶中间绿色,外缘淡红色;部分成熟叶外缘黄色,中间绿色。果实圆形且表面光滑,幼果果面呈黄绿相间带状条纹,转色期绿色部分变为橙色,果面橙黄相间,完全成熟后果面以黄色为主,留红色斑点。具有较高的观赏价值,适合制作盆景。  相似文献

Photoperiod is commonly controlled in the commercial production of ornamental crops to induce or prevent flowering. Flower induction in short-day (SD) plants can be prevented or delayed when the natural daylength is short by providing low-intensity lighting during the dark period. A stationary high-pressure sodium (HPS) lamp with an oscillating aluminum parabolic reflector (cyclic HPS) has been developed to provide intermittent lighting to greenhouse crops. We determined the efficacy of a cyclic HPS lamp at preventing flowering in SD plants garden chrysanthemum [Chrysanthemum × grandiflorum (Ramat.) Kitam.] ‘Bianca’, pot chrysanthemum ‘Auburn’, and velvet sage (Salvia leucantha L.) relative to traditional night interruption (NI) lighting strategies. Plants were grown in a glass-glazed greenhouse at a mean daily temperature of 19.5–20.7 °C with natural SD photoperiods. NI lighting was delivered during the middle of the night (2230–0230 h) from a 600 W cyclic HPS lamp mounted at one gable end of the greenhouse or from incandescent (INC) lamps that were illuminated for the entire 4 h (CONT INC) or for 6 min every 30 min for 4 h. Plants under cyclic HPS were grown at lateral distances of 1, 4, 7, 10, or 13 m from under the lamp. Control plants were grown under an uninterrupted 15 h skotoperiod. As the distance from the cyclic HPS lamp increased from 1 to 13 m, the maximum irradiance measured during the NI decreased from 25.4 to 0.3 μmol m−2 s−1 and time to visible inflorescence (VI) and the number of nodes at VI decreased. All species had a VI within 54 d, but ≤10% of plants flowered when grown at a lateral distance of 1 or 4 m from the cyclic HPS lamp or under CONT INC. Plants grown without NI had a VI 2 to 15 d earlier and flowered 7 to 24 d earlier than plants grown at 10 or 13 m from the cyclic HPS. All garden chrysanthemums flowered under cyclic INC, whereas velvet sage and pot chrysanthemum had 15% and 35% flowering, respectively. These results indicate that a cyclic HPS lamp can be used effectively to delay flower induction and prevent flowering in these species when NI is delivered at ≥2.4 μmol m−2 s−1.  相似文献

采用分子蒸馏技术对柠檬精油进行浓缩精制,分别考察了蒸馏温度、刮膜转速和蒸馏压力对浓缩精油中柠檬醛浓度的影响。在单因素试验基础上,通过L9(34)正交设计试验确定了柠檬精油分子蒸馏的最佳工艺参数。结果表明,柠檬精油分子蒸馏的最佳工艺参数为:进料速度1 mL/min,分子蒸馏温度45℃,刮膜转速240 r/min,蒸馏压力40 Pa。浓缩精油经过气相色谱仪(GC)测定,柠檬醛浓度由1.41 mg/mL上升至11.17 mg/mL,浓缩倍数达7.9。经过分子蒸馏后的浓缩精油呈深棕色,质地浓稠,气味浓郁、醇厚。  相似文献

 以“尤力克”柠檬为材料,研究了全疏果、1/2疏果、1/3疏果和不疏果(对照)对1年生幼树柠檬生长及其产量的影响。结果表明:疏果对柠檬树体冠径、冠形指数、干径与柠檬枝稍数量的影响不大,柠檬分枝级数量有所增加。疏果促进产量的提高,疏果1/2和疏果1/3单株挂果量比对照增加65.0%,17.5%,单株产量比对照增加52.9%,11.8%,666.7m2产量比对照增加52.8%,8.2%;全疏果的单株挂果量、单株产量与亩产量分别比对照降低38.8%,41.2%,44.6%。  相似文献

A comparison was made of the response to storage temperatures (0–17°C) of grapefruit ‘Shamouti’ and ‘Valencia’ oranges, and lemon fruit. There was no chilling injury (CI) and the incidence of rot was relatively low at 12°C or higher for all cultivars. At low storage temperatures, however, pitting and subsequent rot development in grapefruit and in ‘Shamouti’ and ‘Valencia’ oranges were highest at 6°C, while in lemon the incidence of these disorders rose with the decrease in storage temperature, and was highest at 2°C. Grapefruit and ‘Shamouti’ oranges exhibited the highest susceptibility to CI, lemon showed an intermediate susceptibility, and ‘Valencia’ orange a very low one. In grapefruit, severe peel pittings that developed in cold storage were covered by mold rots during cold storage and shelf-life, but in ‘Valencia’ and particularly in ‘Shamouti’ oranges the incidence of decay during cold storage was low. During shelf-life, a pronounced CI-induced increase in the incidence of mold rots was evident. This breakdown during shelf-life may be associated with microscopic peel injuries which are formed during cold storage and covered by mold rots during shelf-life. Increased susceptibility of the cultivar to CI could be correlated with an increase in ethanol content at low temperatures.  相似文献

Nutrient and antinutritional/toxic factors present in some edible flowers consumed in Mexico were determined. The edible flowers were: Agave salmiana, Aloe vera, Arbutus xalapensis, Cucurbita pepo (cultivated), Erythrina americana, Erythrina caribaea, Euphorbia radians benth and Yucca filifera. The nutrient content in the flowers studied is similar to that of the edible leaves and flowers studied mainly in Africa. The moisture content of the flowers varied from 860 to 932 g kg−1. Crude protein (CP) was between 113 to 275 g kg−1 DM, crude fiber, 104 to 177 g kg−1 DM and the nitrogen free extract, between 425 to 667 g kg−1 DM. The highest chemical score (CS) was found in E. americana and A. salmiana; in five samples the limiting amino acid was lysine, and in three of them it was tryptophan. Trypsin inhibitors and hemaglutinnins had a very low concentration. Alkaloids were present in both the Erythrina species and the saponins in A. salmiana and Y. filifera. Cyanogenic glucosides were not found in the studied flowers. The traditional process of preparing these specific flowers before consumption is by cooking them and discarding the broth; in this way the toxic substances are diminished or eliminated. These edible flowers from wild plants consumed in local areas of the country play an important role in the diet of the people at least during the short time of the season where they are blooming.  相似文献

以盛果期的柠檬树为试材,研究在柠檬果实生长的不同时期,土壤含水量对柠檬果实生长、果形、产量及品质的影响。结果表明:随土壤含水量增加,柠檬果实纵径和横径均递增,土壤水分减少对柠檬果实纵径生长限制大于横径,在果实生长的最后阶段(135~165 d ), T 2、 T 3处理纵径与果形指数显著正相关;不同水分处理对柠檬平均单果质量和产量影响较大,平均产量最高的为 T3处理,达48708.20 kg · hm ^-2,最低的是T1处理(32815.20 kg · hm ^-2)。产值最高的也是 T3处理,为195000元· hm ^-2,是产值最低T1处理的2.13倍。土壤含水量过高(T 3处理)出汁率、V c含量以及可溶性固形物含量反而降低。为获得最佳的种植效益和较好的果实品质,应在柠檬果实生长的前期、中期使土壤含水量保持在80%~85%(T 3处理),而在果实成熟期,土壤含水量保持在70%~75%较好。  相似文献
