本文对遭受火灾的蓝莓植株开展不同高度修剪抢救试验,并调查了复活率、萌芽及新枝生长情况。结果表明:修剪高度在离地面≤5 cm和15 cm~20 cm两种处理都能萌芽抽枝,复活率达到100%。不同的修剪高度萌芽抽枝情况无规律性差异。当年新生枝以营养生长为主,部分新生枝在当年秋季出现花芽分化开始生殖生长。建议对遭受火灾为害的蓝莓植株及时修剪,保证成活率。 相似文献

A 6 year field study comparing the effects of 5 fertilizer sources applied at 4 levels to 3 rabbiteye blueberry (Vaccinium ashei Reade) cultivars was established on a Typic paleudult soil in southern Misssssippi. Fertilizer sources had little influence on plant height, vigor, chlorosis, or fruit yield. The first year, ‘Tifblue’ was lowest in vigor and fruit yield, but after 4 growing seasons, had the highest plant height and fruit yields. Chlorosis symptoms were more prevalent at the highest fertilization rate, in the cultivar ‘Woodard’, and with Ca(NO3)2 fertilizer. During the first 5 years, fruit yields increased as fertilization levels increased from 0 to 5.9 g N/plant but additional fertilization did not influence yields There were no differences in plant vigor due to cultivars but the highest rate of fertilization decreased vigor. The cultivar X fertilization rate interaction was significant for plant height in 1983 and for fruit yields in 1984 and 1985. ‘Delite’ and ‘Woodard’ plant height increased while height of ‘Tifblue’ decreased as fertilization rates increased from the 0 to 5.9 g N/plant levels; higher rates decreased plant height in all cultivars. In 1984 and 1985 fruit yields of ‘Woodard’ and ‘Delite’ were not influenced by fertilization but yields of ‘Tifblue’ indicated a negative response to increasing fertilizer levels. 相似文献

Plants of 3 progenies of Vaccinium sp. were utilized in exised root respiration studies over a range of O2 levels from 2.5 to 21%. Root respiration of plants from an intraspecific V. ashei Reade progeny, Powderblue x T‐142, were approximately half that of two other progenies, one with germplasm of V. ashei and V. constablaei Gray and the other with germplasm of V. corymbosum L., V. ashei and V. constablaei. The V. ashei progeny was unaffected by reduced O levels under laboratory conditions, whereas the other two progenies showed significantly reduced root respiration rates, particularly at the 2.5% O2 level. However, soil O2 levels were near 21% at a depth of 15 cm under established blueberry bushes indicating that root respiration per se may be a more important criteria in blueberry adaptation to soil and environmental stresses than actual soil oxygen status.
Root respiration measurements at 21% O2 may provide a useful tool in screening blueberry progenies for adaptation to climatic and soil induced atmospheric stresses, and perhaps other stresses. 相似文献

[目的]为兔眼蓝莓的快速繁殖提供理论依据。[方法]以不同品种兔眼蓝莓为材料,取其不同部位外植体进行组织培养,研究植物品种、外植体类型(茎尖、带腋芽茎段、叶柄、叶片)、培养基种类(MS、改良MS、改良WPM)和植物生长调节剂(ZT、2ip,6-BA)对外植体芽诱导效果的影响。[结果]改良WPM、改良MS和MS培养基中带腋芽茎段的萌芽率分别为46.7%、36.7%和6.7%;改良WPM培养基中添加1~4mg/LZT或10~20mg/L2ip时,茎段的芽诱导效果较好;不同植物品种对外植体萌芽率无明显影响;改良WPM+2mg/LZT培养基中茎段、茎尖、叶片和叶柄的萌芽率分别为86.7%、56.7%、3.3%和13.3%。[结论]兔眼蓝莓离体培养芽诱导的最佳外植体为茎段,最佳培乔基为改艮WPM+1~4mg/LZT(或10~20mg/L2ip)。 相似文献

Abstract A survey of blueberry growers determined the extent of rain-related splitting fruit on blueberry production in Mississippi and Louisiana. Growers were asked to approximate (1) the number of acres or plants of each cultivar on their farm (2) the severity rating (1 = No splitting-5 = Severe splitting) of each cultivar, and (3) the percent of berries lost to rain-related splitting. Among the 3 most widely planted cultivars, ‘Premier’ exhibited the least splitting (1.2 rating) followed by ‘Climax’ (2.2) and ‘Tifblue’ (3.1) had the most split fruit. 相似文献

2011年12月底的降温过程,对云南省农科院高山植物研究所试验基地引种栽培的兔眼系列越橘造成了不同程度的伤害。于2012 年开春分别对“梯芙蓝”、“灿烂”、“芭尔德温”、“顶峰”、“园蓝”5个主要栽培品种进行了冻害调查,比较了冻害指数、冻害率,不同类型枝条的受冻百分率、受冻长度百分率,花芽和叶芽的受冻百分率。结果表明:5个品种的抗寒能力依次为:“梯芙蓝”>“灿烂”>“芭尔德温”>“顶峰”>“园蓝”;二年生枝条的抗寒能力强于基生枝和延长枝;叶芽的抗寒能力要强于花芽。此次冻害的调查和分析,为今后丽江市引种、栽培和推广兔眼越橘品种提供了参考依据。 相似文献
