Anthocyanins are responsible for the colour of many fruits, vegetables, flowers, and coloured-leaved trees. Ornamental kale (Brassica oleracea L. var. acephala DC) is widely cultivated for its colourful inner leaves. To investigate the relationship between the degree of colouration and anthocyanin distribution, content, and composition in ornamental kale, the authors studied the pigment characteristics of five cultivars with different coloured leaves (white, pink, red, purple, and purple-black). Microscopy observation, spectrophotometer, and high-performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS) analysis of fresh inner leaves revealed that pink, red, and purple colourations were associated with high levels of anthocyanin, while purple-black was the result of the combination of anthocyanins and chlorophyll. In the coloured cultivars, anthocyanins were abundant mainly in the first and second cell layers below the epidermis in both the hypocotyls and inner leaves. No anthocyanin was found in the white-leaved phenotype cultivar. Anthocyanin content increased as leaf colour deepened from pink, red, to purple cultivars, which had little chlorophyll and carotenoid. The authors identified eight anthocyanins in the four coloured cultivars, including one non-acylated, four monoacylated, and three diacylated cyanidin glycosides. Cyanidin-3-(sinapoyl)(feruloyl)-diglucoside-5-glucoside was the most abundant anthocyanin in the four coloured cultivars followed by cyanidin-3-(sinapoyl)-diglucoside-5-glucoside. The analysis of anthocyanin accumulation characterisation provides important information on evaluating colouration patterns in coloured plants, and will be helpful for breeding desired leaf colours in ornamental kale. 相似文献

荔枝冷害过程中果皮色泽、花色素苷和类黄酮含量的变化 总被引:6,自引:1,他引:6
研究了‘糯米糍’荔枝果实在3 ℃和0 ℃条件下果皮的色泽和花色素苷及类黄酮含量的变化。结果表明, 果实在0 ℃下14 d 时褐变指数迅速增大, 21 d 时已遭受不可逆的冷害。在冷藏过程中, 果皮的色泽指标a、L、C 值及花色素苷、类黄酮、总酚含量均随贮藏时间的延长而下降, 0 ℃下比3 ℃下降快。0 ℃下14~21 d , a、L、C 值分别下降了27.95 %、33.58 %和58.47 % , 而21 d 时果皮花色素苷、类黄酮和总酚含量依次为采收时的18.08 %、35.99 %和41.64 %。说明冷害加速了荔枝果皮花色素苷的降解及类黄酮和总酚的变化, 促进了褐变进程的发生。果皮a、L、C 值与褐变指数、花色素苷含量呈显著相关性( P < 0.05) ,采用自动测色色度计可真实地反映果皮花色素苷含量和褐变程度。 相似文献

甘蓝型油菜BnWRKY41-1通过负调控花青素合成相关基因的表达而显著抑制拟南芥叶片花青素的积累。为深入了解同源拷贝BnWRKY41-2在花青素合成过程中的作用,对BnWRKY41-1和BnWRKY41-2进行生物信息学分析,并从甘蓝型油菜品种‘中双11’中成功克隆BnWRKY41-2的全长编码序列,分别转化烟草和拟南芥 wrky41-2突变体,对其亚细胞定位和在花青素合成中的调控作用进行分析。结果表明,BnWRKY41两个拷贝均具有典型WRKY结构域,N端不含跨膜结构和信号肽,二级结构主要由无规则卷曲组成,蛋白质修饰以磷酸化为主。BnWRKY41-2定位在细胞核中,在拟南芥 wrky41-2突变体背景下异源表达 BnWRKY41-2 基因使突变体叶片中的花青素含量恢复到野生型水平,而且可显著调控花青素积累相关基因的表达。这些结果表明BnWRKY41-2与BnWRKY41-1在蛋白质结构及理化性质方面相似,并且在调控拟南芥叶片花青素积累方面发挥类似的生物学功能,起负调控作用。 相似文献

以水量平衡原理为基础,通过对畦灌地表水面线的概化,并将Philip入渗公式等同为α=0.5的Kostiakov修正模型,由此建立了利用畦灌水流推进过程同步推求Philip土壤入渗参数和田面综合糙率的模型.结合文献资料和大田试验对所建模型进行验证,并采用Matlab软件求解,得出不同地表储水形状系数σh下的入渗参数和糙率,并分别对入渗参数和田面综合糙率的可靠性进行了验证,结果表明所建模型同步推求土壤入渗参数和田面综合糙率是可靠的,并且计算方便,精度较高. 相似文献

为明确秋季不同叶色五叶地锦叶片的生理差异,以秋季同一植株上红色、中间色、绿色三种颜色的五叶地锦叶片为试材,测定了叶片中色素物质含量、酶活性以及叶片可溶性内含物的含量,结果表明:在红色叶片中,叶绿素含量较低,PAL、POD酶活性较高,花青素苷/叶绿素的比值较大,从而使R/G的值增大,叶色显现红色;而在绿色叶片中,叶绿素含量较高,PAL、POD酶活性较小,花青紊苷/叶绿素的比值较低,R/G的值降低,叶片显现绿色.通过可溶性内含物测定可知,在红色叶片中的可溶性糖和蛋白质含量相对较高,与花青素苷/叶绿素的比值达到显著相关水平,表明这些内含物的积累有利于花色素苷的合成. 相似文献

In evergreen azaleas, major anthocyanins were detected from petals of wild species and cultivars by HPLC analysis. Depending on flower color, all samples were divided into three groups: red, purple or white, using the Japan color standard for horticultural plants. The chromatic components a* and b* values of red group samples showed a convergent distribution, whereas those of purple group samples showed a wider distribution. According to the HPLC analysis, red group samples had two to four major anthocyanins, and those of the purple group had two to six major ones. In contrast, no anthocyanins were detected in the white group petals, although anthocyanidins were detected. These results suggest that the anthocyanin constitution of the purple group flowers is more varied than that of the red group flowers, and this wider variety among purple flowers contributes to extending the diversity of flower color in evergreen azalea. 相似文献

In this study, phytochemical and antioxidant properties of anthocyanin-rich mulberry species of Morus nigra L. (black mulberry) and Morus rubra L. (red mulberry) fruits harvested from across Turkey were investigated. Fruit color, total phenolics (TP), total monomeric anthocyanin (TMA), titratable acidity (TA), and individual sugar and organic acid compositions were determined. Total antioxidant capacity (TAC) of fruits was assessed by both the trolox-equivalent antioxidant capacity (TEAC) and the ferric reducing antioxidant power (FRAP) assays. Black mulberry exhibited higher TP, TMA, TAC and TA when compared to red mulberry. The average TP contents of M. nigra and M. rubra were 2737 and 1603 μg gallic acid equivalent in g fresh weight basis (GAE/g fw), respectively. M. nigra had the richest amount of anthocyanin with an average of 571 μg cy-3-glu/g fw. Overall, TAC averaged 10.5 and 12.0 mmol TE/L by the TEAC and FRAP methods, respectively. We found that FRAP, TEAC, TP and TMA were significantly correlated (r = 0.64–0.99) with each other. Fructose (5.27 g/100 mL) and glucose (5.81 g/100 mL) were determined to be the major sugars in both mulberries. M. nigra displayed a higher TA (2.05 g/100 mL) than M. rubra (0.78 g/100 mL), with citric acid as the major acid. 相似文献
