论市场经济条件下大学生的义利观教育

当代大学生义利观的形成正在受到市场经济的影响。当代大学生在义利观取向上的主要特点表现在主体意识增强,强调自我价值,追求物质利益,功利性强等方面。通过分析大学生义利观的变化和特点,对当代大学生义利观的教育问题提出了一些建议:正确评价大学生的义利观,坚持对大学生义利观教育的正确导向以及创新教育的方法和手段等。     

我国农村环境正义存在的问题及对策

在分析罗尔斯《正义论》中正义观及正义二原则的基础上,对我国农村环境正义存在的问题进行了分析,并提出相应对策,即＂加强民主法治建设、改变城乡二元结构。     

农村教育欠公平的表现 原因及对策

教育公平是社会公平的基础。城乡二元结构和经济发展的不平衡性是农村教育欠公平的主要原因。国家应加大对农村教育资源的投资与优化配置力度,实行投资和政策倾斜。     

论司法公正理念之漂移——程序正义与实体正义比较分析

程序正义和实体正义是司法公正的两个方面。实体正义以遵循程序正义为前提，程序正义是实体正义的常规手段。实体正义本身含有诸多不确定因素，程序正义同时具有相对的独立性和稳定性。程序正义对实体正义的实现具有保障作用。在实体正义和程序正义碰撞下，应倾向程序正义。     

Green justice in the city: A new agenda for urban green space research in Europe

In this short communication, we discuss European urban green space (UGS) research from an environmental justice perspective. We show that European UGS scholarship primarily focuses on functional values and managerial aspects of UGS, while paying less attention to equity in the enjoyment of and decision-making around UGS. On this basis we discuss potentials for European urban green space research to take up a more explicit environmental justice framing to shed much-needed light on injustices in European cities and inspire change in policy and practice.     

Women

In New Zealand while women dominate leadership positions in constitutional, political and business areas, gender inequality remains entrenched. Despite significant gains in rights (employment, pay equity, property), as a group women earn less and perform more family care and unpaid work than men. In part these disparities result from the economic restructuring of the last 15 years which saw a loss in unskilled manufacturing jobs, less social support and greater rewards to business and public sector elites. Maori and Pacific Island women are the most disadvantaged groups. Labour/Alliance government initiatives to reduce poverty particularly among Maori and Pacific Island peoples by strengthening access to health and education services and supporting and replicating successful community initiatives are also likely to benefit other low income women.

From value to values: sustainable consumption at farmers markets

Advocates of environmental sustainability and social justice increasingly pursue their goals through the promotion of so-called “green” products such as locally grown organic produce. While many scholars support this strategy, others criticize it harshly, arguing that environmental degradation and social injustice are inherent results of capitalism and that positive social change must be achieved through collective action. This study draws upon 18 months of ethnographic fieldwork at two farmers markets located in demographically different parts of the San Francisco Bay Area to examine how market managers, vendors, and regular customers negotiate tensions between their economic strategies and environmental sustainability and social justice goals. Managers, vendors, and customers emphasize the ethical rather than financial motivations of their markets through comparisons to capitalist, industrial agriculture and through attention to perceived economic sacrifices made by market vendors. They also portray economic strategies as a pragmatic choice, pointing to failed efforts to achieve justice and sustainability through policy change as well as difficulties funding and sustaining non-profit organizations. While market managers, vendors, and customers deny any difficulties pursuing justice and sustainability through local economics, the need for vendors to sustain their livelihoods does sometimes interfere with their social justice goals. This has consequences for the function of each market.
