[目的]为合理利用和保护棉田烟粉虱捕食性天敌提供依据.[方法]利用烟粉虱特异性引物TB-F/TB-R94585,通过检测单头捕食性天敌肠道内烟粉虱残体,查明新疆吐鲁番地区棉田烟粉虱捕食天敌的种类.[结果]在新疆吐鲁番棉田,烟粉虱的捕食天敌涵盖7个目,13个科,有19种.其中12种,菱斑巧斑瓢虫Oenopis conglobata linnaeus、绒螨Allothrornbium sp、全黑飘虫.ccineUa sp、小毛瓢虫Scymnus sp,短刺刺腿食蚜蝇Ischiodon scuteuaris Fabricius、叶盲蝽Phylinae sp、食中齿爪盲蝽Deraeocoris pwtctulatm Fallen、异须微刺盲蝽Campylomma divrsieornis Reuter,蜘蛛类有斜纹猫蛛Oxyopes sertalus L.Koch、八斑球蛛Theridion octomaculasum、跳蛛Salticidae sp,灌木新园蛛Neoscona adianta Walckenaer是国内首次报道的烟粉虱捕食天敌种类.[结论]通过分子标记的方法检测天敌,反应灵敏,操作简便,适合对害虫捕食性天敌的田间普查. 相似文献

Different spices, dry fruits and plant nuts commonly consumed in Pakistan were assayed for the heavy metals cadmium, lead, copper, zinc, iron and manganese by the potentiometric stripping analysis and AA spectrophotometry. The results revealed wide variation in heavy metal content among different biological materials. Mixed spices generally exhibited higher value for trace metals specially lead (6.6–9.2 µg/g), cadmium (0.65–1.34 µg/g), iron (142.3–285.0 µg/g) and zinc (64.2–65.8 µg/g). Dry fruits contained relatively lesser amounts of heavy metals than plant nuts. Almonds contained higher levels of lead (1.02 µg/g) and cadmium (0.24 µg/g) than other nuts and dry fruits. 相似文献

The antioxidant activities of 22 selected culinary herbs and spices (i.e. ginger, cinnamon, clove, bay, sage, rosemary, thyme, savory, oregano, sweet basil, parsley, coriander, tarragon, sansho, allspice, cumin, black and white peppercorns, nutmeg, caraway, dill and fennel) when they were added to pork homogenate were measured and expressed as a thiobarbituric acid (TBA) value. The addition of liquid extracts of all the herbs and spices significantly suppressed lipid oxidation of the pork, especially the extracts of sansho, sage and ginger, which showed the strongest inhibition of lipid oxidation. 相似文献

应用TDP茎流计对黄土丘陵区主要成林树种刺槐(Robina pesudoacacia)、侧柏(Platy-cladus orientalis)、油松(Pinus tabulaeformis)、白桦(Betula platyphylla)和元宝枫(Acer trunca-tum)的树干茎流量进行测定,结果表明:树干茎流量的日变化随环境因子变化表现出明显规律,白天在13:00~15:00达到最大,傍晚到黎明前茎流量趋于停止;在干旱条件下,刺槐的日最大、日均茎流量分别为264.1 cm3/h和112.92 cm 相似文献

Abstract The aim of this work was to study the influence of microbiological load of spices in the microflora of anchovy marinades. Microorganisms were not detected in anchovy at the end of the marinating stage, previous to packaging the marinated fillet. In the spices used, the microorganisms found were Lactobacillus paracasei paracasei 1, Bacillus mycoides, and Monilia spp. in black pepper; L. cellobiosus and B. mycoides in bay leaves; L. acidophilus and B. mycoides in paprika; and L. acidophilus, B. mycoides and Micrococcus varians in milled red pep per. After three months of storage of marinated anchovy at 4°C and 18°C only L. paracasei paracasei 1, L. acidophilus 1, M. varias and B. mycoides were found. Several of these bacteria were from spices and were considered typical of marinades, since the homeostatic mechanisms were adaptable in the medium. 相似文献
