权重约束AdaBoost鱼眼识别及改进Hough圆变换瞳孔智能测量

针对传统鱼眼瞳孔直径测量方法耗时、耗力,且数据主观性强的问题,该文提出基于权重约束AdaBoost和改进Hough圆变换的鱼眼瞳孔直径智能测量方法。首先,利用工业相机采集实验板上的鱼图像,从正负鱼眼图像样本中训练出基于权重约束AdaBoost算法的鱼眼分类器;然后,采用该分类器对试验图像进行检测,将检测到的鱼眼局部图从整体图中分离出来;最后,采用改进的Hough圆变换检测出鱼眼的瞳孔,并计算得到瞳孔直径。对100条金鲳鱼进行试验,鱼眼分类精度达97.1%,瞳孔正确检测率达94.2%,相比改进前分别提升了1.7个百分点和10.5个百分点,与人工测量瞳孔直径值的平均偏差为6.5%,比改进前低了5.9个百分点,总的平均测量时间为324.371 ms,比改进前减少了10.707 ms。试验证明:该文提出的方法能够精确、实时、自动地测量出鱼眼瞳孔的直径,有效避免了传统测量方式的复杂性和测量数据的主观性,可为鱼体生长状况评估、良种选育提供重要参考。     

从校园伤害事故的界定论学生与学校之间的法律关系

目前,学生在校园发生人身伤害事故逐渐增多,已经引起社会的广泛关注.本文通过对校园事故的界定,剖析了学校与学生之间法律性质,认为学校与学生之间是一种是教育、管理和保护关系;学校作为教育管理者,对在校未成年学生的生命健康安全负有监督和管理的责任.学校应该正确认识和面对校园事故,建立相应的责任制度,尽量避免和减少校园事故的发生.     

The effects of ketamine hydrochloride and diazepam on the intraocular pressure and pupil diameter of the dog’s eye

Objective To determine the effects of 10% ketamine hydrochloride and 0.5% diazepam on intraocular pressure (IOP) and horizontal pupil diameter (HPD) in the canine eye. Procedures Ten healthy dogs for each treatment group were used in this study. In the first group, 20 mg/kg ketamine hydrochloride was injected intravenously; in the second, 0.5 mg/kg diazepam was similarly injected; and in the third, a control group, 0.9% saline was used. In all groups, IOP and HPD were measured every 5 min for 35 min in the first group, and 60 min in the second and third group. Results A maximum increase in IOP was obtained 5 min after ketamine injection, with IOP of 23.2 ± 5.8 mmHg (a 45.0% increase compared to baseline) in the right eye and 22.9 ± 5.9 mmHg (a 43.5% increase) in the left eye (both significant at P < 0.01). A significant IOP increase was observed throughout the research period of 35 min. Statistically significant increases in HPD (P < 0.05) were observed only at 5 and 25 min after ketamine injection. A significant increase in IOP was obtained 10 min after diazepam injection, showing a maximum IOP 20 ± 5.0 mmHg in the right eye (9.3% increase) and 19.9 ± 5.1 mmHg (8.7% increase) in the left eye (both significant at P < 0.05). HPD decreased during the study period, reaching the lowest level 30 min post‐treatment. Conclusions This study showed a substantial increase in IOP after ketamine injection and a less substantial, but still significant increase after diazepam injection. These findings should be taken into consideration when using these drugs in dogs with fragile corneas, or in dogs predisposed or affected by glaucoma.     

The change rule of driver’s pupil size under road lighting conditions

In order to study the rule of drivers’ pupil changing with luminance under road lighting condition,pupil area of 4 subjects under 13 lighting levels of high pressure sodium(HPS), metal halide(MH) and LED are measured, with reaction time test equipment for road lighting and iView X eye tracking system. The results indicate that the relationship between pupil area and background luminance is negative exponential function, pupil will shrink while luminance is increased, the shrink velocity of pupil will decrease while luminance’s increasing, and pupil area will tends to be constant when luminance reach some level. Under the three lighting sources used in the experiment, pupil area will fluctuate while the background luminance is between 0.7 cd/m2and 1.2 cd/m2.     

驾车接近隧道过程中驾驶员瞳孔大小变化规律

为了解驾驶员驾车进入隧道过程中的瞳孔变化过程,让8位驾驶员分别驾车进入4座隧道,在此过程中用眼动仪记录驾驶员的瞳孔大小。分析眼动仪记录得到的驾驶员瞳孔大小数据的特征,通过小波变换进行数据处理,得到了驾驶员驾车进入隧道过程中瞳孔大小变化曲线。分析驾驶员瞳孔大小变化曲线发现,不同驾驶员的瞳孔大小存在个体差异;同一驾驶员多次测试的瞳孔大小存在一定的随机性;在接近隧道过程中驾驶员瞳孔逐渐变大,并在隧道洞口附近急剧变大;不同驾驶员的瞳孔变化趋势存在一定的差异;驾驶员瞳孔大小除受适应亮度的影响外,还受驾驶员的心理等因素的影响。     

Position of the head is not associated with changes in horse vision

It has become accepted that the horse cannot see directly in front when the nose is lowered and must therefore rely on the rider. We tested the hypothesis that this conclusion would be correct only if the horse did not adjust the eyeball horizontal axis to changes of the head position. The results of the present study suggest that it is unlikely that horses have limited vision in relation to their head position when driven by the rider, and that the horse maintains the optimal horizontal eyeball position regardless of head position relative to the ground.     

The variation rules of pupil size under classroom lighting condition

For the purpose of studying the rule of the pupil size variation while the luminance level is changing under the classroom’s lighting condition, the variation values of 3 student’s pupil area that under 5 kinds background luminance affording by three kinds of fluorescent illuminant of different color temperature (2 700 K, 4 000 K, 6 500 K)are measured, with iView X eye tracking and the experiment of the measure system of pupil size under classroom lighting to simulate the classroom lighting.The result shows that, the relationship between pupil area and background luminance is negative exponential function under 3 color temperature fluorescent illuminant;under the classroom lighting condition, the pupil area gets smaller when the background luminance is higher, and is getting stable gradually;under the same background luminance, the pupil area is smaller under the lighting of higher color temperature fluorescent.     

'D-shaped' and 'reverse-D-shaped' pupil in a cat with lymphosarcoma

A 7-year-old female spayed European shorthair cat was presented because of visual reduction and a green reflex in the right eye. Examination revealed a 'D-shaped' pupil in the right eye and a 'reverse-D-shaped' pupil in the left eye. Both eyes showed fibrinous anterior uveitis with exudates in the anterior chamber and precipitates on the posterior surface of the cornea. In both eyes a chorioretinitis was diagnosed which caused partial retinal detachment and peripapillary oedema in the left eye. Histopathology revealed intestinal and ocular lymphosarcoma. The aberrant pupil shapes which persisted after death were due to infiltration of the iris stroma and were not caused neurologically. The observation that in both eyes only the medial parts of the iris were affected could not be explained.
