产量相关性状是复杂的数量性状,对鸭茅的单株产量及构成因素进行QTL分析,可提高育种中对产量性状优良基因选择的效率,同时为鸭茅遗传改良、基因克隆及分子标记辅助育种提供理论依据。以四倍体鸭茅“楷模”和“01436”为亲本杂交而成的作图群体为试验材料,于2014年对洪雅、宝兴两个不同生境下鸭茅株高、旗叶长、倒二叶长、旗叶宽、倒二叶宽、茎粗、花序长、分蘖数、单株干重等9个产量相关性状进行了表型鉴定及相关性分析。此外,在已构建的高密度鸭茅分子遗传图谱的基础上,采用MapQTL 5.0进一步对这些性状QTL定位分析。结果表明,绝大多数性状在亲本间呈显著差异且都整体表现出连续变异,符合数量性状遗传的特征;相关性分析表明,大多数产量相关性状均与干重极显著正相关,与单株干重相关性最好的依次为分蘖、株高;QTL分析发现,控制该9个农艺性状的QTL共60个,洪雅38个,宝兴22个,这些QTL分别定位于分子连锁图谱的1、2、3、4、5共5个连锁群上,单个QTL的贡献率为5.7%~24.7%,单个性状QTL个数为2~15个。其中,控制株高、花序长的QTL各12个,控制倒二叶长、茎粗的QTL各4个,控制旗叶宽、倒二叶宽的QTL各2个,控制单株干重的QTL有6个,影响分蘖的QTL为3个,与旗叶长相关的QTL最多15个。  相似文献

An experiment was conducted to estimate drought tolerance of some cocksfoot genotypes based on seed and forage yield and related indices (including tolerance index, mean productivity, geometric mean productivity, reduction percentage index, stress tolerance index and stress susceptibility index) and to identify relationships between measured traits. Twenty‐five genotypes were evaluated in the field under control and drought‐stress environments over 2 years. The results revealed a high variation for seed yield and forage yield and the measured indices under both moisture conditions. No correlation was observed between seed yield and forage yield under the control treatment, but this correlation was positively significant under the water‐stress treatment. Drought‐tolerant and susceptible genotypes were identified based on seed and forage yield performance. Genotypes 2, 4 and 7 had high seed yield, while genotypes 7 and 10 had high forage yield under both stressed and non‐stressed conditions and were identified as the most tolerant genotypes in each category. The results also revealed that genotypes 1, 2, 4, 6, 7, 8 and 24 had relatively high seed and forage yield in both control and drought‐stressed conditions. These genotypes can be used for further studies to improve both seed and forage yields concurrently.  相似文献

探讨了放牧因子与VA菌根的相互作用对鸭茅(Dactylis glomerataL.)养分吸收和生长发育的影响。菌根效应表现在不施磷肥条件下的鸭茅地上部生育与地上、地下部的磷素营养上,但对地上部生育的效应因刈割次数的增加而降低,对地上、地下部磷素营养的效应因土壤镇压而降低。菌根对鸭茅钙素营养的效应只见于不施磷肥条件下的土壤镇压处理,而在相同条件下菌根却降低了鸭茅的镁含量。说明VA菌根对鸭茅磷素营养和生长发育的效应与土壤磷营养有关,而且因地上部的过度采食和土壤镇压而降低。  相似文献

为研究白三叶、多年生黑麦草和鸭茅各生育期群落光合生理生态特性,探讨三者作为人工草地混播组合的生态适应性,用CI-310便携式光合仪测定了各生育期群落光合特性,并分析了硝酸还原酶活性(NRA)以及叶绿素含量的变化。结果表明:白三叶、多年生黑麦草和鸭茅光合生理生态指标互补优势明显,光合生理生态适应性较强,推测光合生理生态特性能够作为混播牧草搭配组合的重要参考指标;开花期,鸭茅群落同化CO2的净光合速率、同化CO2的光能利用效率(LUE)和同化CO2的水分利用效率(WUE)日平均值分别为17.9μmol/(m2.s),40.9mmol/mol和44.2 mmol/mol均显著高于多年生黑麦草和白三叶;开花期和成熟期LUE日变化曲线呈“V”字形,中午LUE较低,成熟期鸭茅的最高值可达54.5 mmol/mol,而最低值仅为15.1 mmol/mol;WUE各生育期日变化均呈逐渐下降的趋势,3种牧草WUE的差异主要表现在上午;白三叶硝酸还原酶活性在整个生育期均显著高于多年生黑麦草和鸭茅,而多年生黑麦草和鸭茅的差异不显著;分蘖期和开花期多年生黑麦草和鸭茅叶绿素a和b的含量高于白三叶,在枯黄期却相反。  相似文献

Six dryland pastures were established at Lincoln University, Canterbury, New Zealand, in February 2002. Production and persistence of cocksfoot pastures established with subterranean, balansa, white or Caucasian clovers, and a perennial ryegrass‐white clover control and a lucerne monoculture were monitored for nine years. Total annual dry‐matter (10.0–18·5 t DM ha?1) and sown legume yields from the lucerne monoculture exceeded those from the grass‐based pastures in all but one year. The lowest lucerne yield (10 t ha?1 yr?1) occurred in Year 4, when spring snow caused ungrazed lucerne to lodge and senesce. Cocksfoot with subterranean clover was the most productive grass‐based pasture. Yields were 8·7–13·0 t DM ha?1 annually. Subterranean clover yields were 2·4–3·7 t ha?1 in six of the nine years which represented 26–32% of total annual production. In all cocksfoot‐based pastures, the contribution of sown pasture components decreased at a rate equivalent to 3·3 ± 0·05% per year (R= 0·83) and sown components accounted for 65% of total yield in Year 9. In contrast, sown components represented only 13% of total yield in the ryegrass‐white clover pastures in Year 9, and their contribution declined at 10·1 ± 0·9% per year (R= 0·94). By Year 9, 79% of the 6.6 t ha?1 produced from the ryegrass‐white clover pasture was from unsown species and 7% was dead material. For maximum production and persistence, dryland farmers on 450–780 mm yr?1 rainfall should grow lucerne or cocksfoot‐subterranean clover pastures in preference to ryegrass and white clover. Inclusion of white clover as a secondary legume component to sub clover would offer opportunities to respond to unpredictable summer rainfall after sub clover has set seed.  相似文献

Increased recovery and recycling of manure phosphorus (P) by crops on dairy farms is needed to minimize environmental problems. The main objective of this study was to compare P utilization by orchardgrass (Dactylis glomerata L.) and tall fescue (Festuca arundinaceae Schreb.) from dairy manure or inorganic fertilizer. The study was conducted from 1994 to 2000 at the Cornell University Baker Farm, Willsboro, NY, on a somewhat poorly drained Kingsbury clay (very–fine, illitic, mesic Aeric Epiaqualfs). The design was a split‐plot in a randomized complete block with two manure rates (16 800 and 33 600 kg ha?1) and one nitrogen (N) fertilizer rate (84 kg N ha?1 at spring greenup and 56 kg N ha?1 prior to each regrowth harvest) as the main plots and grass species as subplots replicated six times. Fertilizer P [Ca(H2PO4)2] was applied to the fertilizer treatment in 1995 and 1996 at 11 kg P ha?1 year?1. Orchardgrass P removal averaged 21 % higher than tall fescue P removal for the spring harvest, but orchardgrass averaged 24 % lower P removal than tall fescue removal for all regrowth harvests from 1995–99. Phosphorus herbage concentration in the fertilizer treatment was in the range of 1.9–2.7 g P kg?1 compared with 2.2–5.3 g P kg?1 in the manure treatments. Seasonal P removal ranged from as low as 9.2 kg P ha?1 to as high as 48.5 kg P ha?1. Morgan extractable soil P in the top 0–0.20 m remained high through 1999, with 29.1 kg P ha?1 at the highest manure rate in tall fescue compared with 8.4 kg P ha?1 measured in 1993 prior to the experiment. In 2000, soil P at the highest manure rate in tall fescue dropped to 10.1 kg P ha?1, following cessation of manure application in 1998. Intensively managed harvested orchardgrass and tall fescue have the potential to remove large quantities of manure P.  相似文献

Two experiments were conducted to clarify the effect of water‐soluble carbohydrate (WSC) content in orchardgrass pasture on the diurnal distribution of grazing time. Six ruminally cannulated, non‐lactating dairy cows were grazed on either of two pastures with different orchardgrass cultivars containing low WSC (LWSC; cultivar: ‘Hokkai 28’) or high WSC (HWSC; cultivar: ‘Harunemidori’). The cows were grazed in morning and evening sessions in experiment 1, whereas the cows were grazed throughout the day in experiment 2. In experiment 1, grazing time of the cows on HWSC was longer than that of the cows on LWSC (P < 0.01). This difference was larger in the morning session than in the evening session (pasture × grazing session: P < 0.05). Effects on herbage intake were similar to those on grazing time. In experiment 2, daily total grazing time was longer for the cows on HWSC than for those on LWSC (P < 0.05). The cows on HWSC spent a longer time grazing than those on LWSC in the morning between 03.00 and 09.00 hours (P < 0.01). The results indicated that prolonged grazing time in the period between dawn and early morning could increase daily herbage intake in cows grazed on pastures of orchardgrass cultivars with high‐WSC content.  相似文献

A plate meter for measuring pasture mass was calibrated at Agroforestry Research Site in Blacksburg, Virginia, USA, using six ungrazed plots of established tall fescue overseeded with orchardgrass. Each plot was interplanted with bare root honey locust and black walnut seedlings spaced along a gradient ranging from 1.8 to 11.0 m. Plate height (PH) of forage between trees was measured by placing a 46 mm × 46 mm × 5.6-mm-thick acrylic plastic plate meter on pasture canopy at six locations four times a season. PH was measured between ground and plate as it rested on pasture canopy. To calibrate the plate meter against a known dry matter yield, 50 × 50-cm clip plots followed each PH measurement. The resulting regression slope was 421 kg ha?1 cm?1, with an r 2 value of 0.86. Unique research investigating the response of forage mass to site elevation is presented using the developed equation. The field-calibrated regression slope of ruler height (RH) to PH was 1.71 cm cm?1, with an r 2 value of 0.87, showing good correlation between RH and PH. A comparable regional regression equation was found to adequately predict independent calibration clip plot data reported at this site. The results support the application of regression equations for estimating pasture mass in areas having similar climates and pasture composition.  相似文献

Summary The objective was to evaluate the effectiveness of the backcross breeding method to improve an existing variety (Hallmark) for higher seed retention.The recurrent parent was cv. Hallmark (H) and the donor parent was cv. Marta (M). Marta is an Italian cultivar with a high degree of seed retention. Two cycles of backcrossing with selection for higher seed retention were conducted. In each cycle, 1200 plants were grown. In both BC1 F1 and BC2 F1, 20 plants were selected for general features of H and for a high degree of seed retention. The 20 plants of BC2 F1 were intercrossed in 1989. The bulked population thus obtained (HS) was evaluated in 1989–90 together with H and M as spaced plants in a randomized complete block design with 4 replicates. Regarding seed retention, H had a score of 7.9, M of 1.7 and HS of 2.8, LSD (0.05)=0.8, on a scale from 1 to 9. Consequently HS had similar seed retention to M but similar ear emergence date, plant height and panicle morphology to H. The results confirm that seed shattering is under control of a single partially or completely dominant gene.  相似文献

Summary Shoot development through morphological transformation in spikelets occurred after segments of young unemerged orchardgrass (Dactylis glomerata L.) inflorescences were cultured on Linsmaier and Skoog's RM medium supplemented with 0, 4.52×10-4, 4.52×10-3 and 2.26×10-2 mM 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D) or naphthaleneacetic acid (NAA). Effects on shoot formation were better with 2,4-D than NAA in all concentrations tested. The callus initiated from the primary culture on high 2,4-D medium was reproducible, but no evidence of shoot proliferation was noted.
