Previously, the application of the fungal endophyte Phomopsis liquidambari B3 exhibited notable effect in alleviating soil obstacles caused by continuous cropping of peanut. It was supposed that P. liquidambari B3 could enhance the efficiency of nodulation and nitrogen fixation by enriching the diversity of nodular endophytic bacteria under continous monocropping system. To verify this hypothesis, a pot experiment was conducted under natural conditions. Four treatments were set as follow: discontinuous cropping soil (NS), continuous cropping soil (CK), continuous cropping soil inoculate with actived P. liquidambari B3 (CSB3), and continuous cropping soil inoculate with sterilized P. liquidambari B3 (CSIB3). As a result, a total of 120 isolates were obtained. Our study clearly declared that the addition of fungal endophyte effectively enriched the genetic diversity and the community composition in CSB3. In contrast, a low genetic diversity level and simplex community structure were exhibited in CK and CSIB3. Meanwhile, the positive percentage rate and corresponding community composition of the plant growth-promoting isolates in NS and CSB3 were larger and more abundant than the other. This is the first time to describe the effects of fungal endophytes on the diversity of the nodular culturable endophytic bacteria associated with continuous cropping of peanut.  相似文献

Three mixed-breed dogs and a Boxer dog with nodular dermatofibrosis are described. The three mixed breed dogs had concurrent renal epithelial cysts ( n  = 2) or renal cystadenomas ( n  = 1); these lesions were visualized antemortem on ultrasonographic examination. One of these dogs was a 7-year-old Labrador Retriever-Gordon Setter mixed breed which survived 5 years after diagnosis, and was euthanized for unrelated causes. The Boxer dog had renal cystic adenomatous hyperplasia and renal cystadenocarcinomas which were not visualized on ultrasonographic examination but were diagnosed at necropsy.  相似文献

A total of 44 live cheetahs were examined sonographically between 1989 and 1994. Seventeen of these animals originated from 4 European facilities, the other 27 cheetahs were examined in 3 facilities in Namibia. Evaluation of the cheetahs included a clinical examination, abdominal ultrasound, and complete blood work. Splenic myelolipomas were diagnosed sonographically in 11 cheetahs. In 7 cheetahs the diagnosis was confirmed at necropsy. Nine of the 14 cheetahs in Europe had myelolipomas in the spleen, while in the African cheetahs there were only 2 animals with myelolipomas. Histologically these lesions were characterized by fatty nodules. A more fitting term of Nodular Lipomatosis of the spleen is therefore suggested. All cheetahs with nodular lipomatosis of the spleen, had concurrent chronic diseases at necropsy. An indicator function of splenic nodular lipomatosis for chronic disease and/or stress is possible.  相似文献

目的探讨结节性甲状腺肿再次手术的原因及其对策.方法对116例再次手术的结节性甲状腺肿进行了回顾性分析.结果结节性甲状腺肿术后复发多为首次手术结节摘除或腺叶部分切除者.本组无手术死亡,喉返神经损伤4例,甲状腺功能低下26例,手足搐搦6例.116例中112例随访6个月-5a,无再次复发.结论选择正确的手术术式可减少结节性甲状腺肿的术后复发率,虽然再次手术风险大,并发症多,但如果强调手术技巧,手术中进行精细化的操作,完全可以降低甚至能够避免并发症的发生.  相似文献

The development of a nodule is a fairly common reaction pattern in the skin and subcutaneous tissues of the horse. In many such nodules, the inciting aetiologic agent or antigen is unknown, but in some equine cases there is significant evidence for insect bite origin. The pathogenesis of some equine nodular diseases appears to involve marked collagen degeneration which varies from hyalinization to lysis and can become mineralized. The exact role the lytic collagen has in the pathogenesis of these lesions is still unknown. Vascular changes may be present in some entities. Other nodules may be caused by or complicated by the larva of Habronema spp. The clinical or histological entities outlined in this section include the collagenolytic granuloma, axillary nodular necrosis, unilateral papular dermatosis and cutaneous habronemiasis.  相似文献

Cutaneous paraneoplastic syndromes are a group of noncancerous dermatoses associated with internal malignancy. Their recognition can facilitate detection and timely treatment of underlying cancer. More than 30 such disorders have been identified in the human scientific literature, whereas only a few are described in veterinary medicine. This may reflect a lower incidence in animals than in people or may be the result of failure to recognize an association between certain skin lesions and neoplasia. Establishing a relationship between a cutaneous disorder and neoplasia can be difficult unless the skin lesions are rare and almost always associated with a particular tumour type, as is the case for most recognized veterinary paraneoplastic dermatoses. Among these are feline paraneoplastic alopecia, feline thymoma-associated exfoliative dermatitis, nodular dermatofibrosis, feminization syndrome associated with testicular tumours, superficial necrolytic dermatitis and paraneoplastic pemphigus. The aetiology of most cutaneous paraneoplastic syndromes has remained elusive in both people and animals.  相似文献

为查明养殖豹纹鳃棘鲈类结节症的病因,自患病豹纹鳃棘鲈内脏中分离到1株优势菌株061101,人工感染试验证实,该菌具有强毒力,能够引起被感染鱼内脏出现白色结节并死亡,为引起此次豹纹鳃棘鲈类结节症的病原菌。采用形态学、生化特性测定对菌株061101进行鉴定,同时采用细菌16S rRNA通用引物进行PCR扩增得到该菌的16S rRNA基因序列,测序后比对,构建系统发育树。试验结果表明,菌株061101与发光杆菌属中的美人鱼发光杆菌杀鱼亚种基本特征相符;基于16S rRNA基因序列构建的系统发育树将菌株061101与美人鱼发光杆菌杀鱼亚种聚为一支,置信度达100%。据此确定,此次豹纹鳃棘鲈类结节症的病原为美人鱼发光杆菌杀鱼亚种。药敏结果显示,该菌株仅对链霉素(300μg/片)、庆大霉素(120μg/片)敏感,对多黏菌素B、阿洛西林等中度敏感,对氟苯尼考、恩诺沙星、强力霉素等均耐药。  相似文献

牛结节性皮肤病又称牛结节性皮炎、牛结节疹或牛疙瘩皮肤病。临床上以发热、皮肤出现水肿、消瘦、淋巴结肿大、局部溃疡、可形成坚硬的结节为主要特征,世界动物卫生组织将该病列为法定报告的动物疫病。该病潜伏期长,病毒流行传播快不易发现;发病急,是严重影响养牛业健康发展的疫病之一。加强生物安全的综合防控措施,强化动物检疫工作,可以最大限度地减少疫情的传播。牛结节性皮肤病的发生,早诊断、早处置,对控制疫情的蔓延极为重要。各地畜牧兽医部门应建立内部疫情通报制度,落实疫情报告责任,使疫情地区接壤的相关区域尽快建立免疫隔离区,防止疫病的蔓延和传播。  相似文献
