210国道榆林至陕蒙交界段建设的生态环境影响评价   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
在简要分析榆林至陕蒙交界段生态环境对公路及公路建设的影响的基础上 ,重点论述了公路建设在建设期和营运期对当地生态环境的影响 ,并对公路建设前后水土流失与土地沙化状况进行了预测 ,最后提出水土保持与防沙护路的方案。结论是 :只要把公路建设与生态环境建设相结合 ,重视生态环境的保护与建设 ,该公路建设和营运对生态环境的不利影响是很小的 ,而且 ,由于公路建设本身的需要所采取的防沙护路措施 ,会使公路沿线的生态环境更好  相似文献

为查明"三北"防护林建设前后农耕地和退耕地土壤保持效益变化,利用137Cs和210Pbex双核素示踪技术,选择了防护林建设较为成功的张家口坝上地区(风力侵蚀区)作为典型区,研究了农耕地以及退耕地土壤137Cs和210Pbex的剖面变化规律及其示踪的土壤侵蚀变化。结果表明:1)由于耕作的混匀作用,农耕地土壤剖面中137Cs和210Pbex均呈均匀态分布;退耕地土壤剖面中137Cs和210Pbex则表现为表层(0~5cm)浓度最高、下层(5~25cm)浓度均相对较低且分布相对均匀的形态,这表明退耕后坡地土壤137Cs和210Pbex剖面形态均会发生一定变化,退耕驱动土壤137Cs和210Pbex剖面变化导致运用土壤核素估算侵蚀模型在该区域难以适用;2)基于土壤137Cs和210Pbex剖面变化规律,利用210Pbex质量平衡方程,提出了退耕地土壤210Pbex土壤侵蚀估算模型;3)利用137Cs比例模型估算退耕地土壤侵蚀速率为27.94±11.92 (t/hm2·a),农耕地侵蚀速率为29.11±14.42 (t/hm2·a),而利用修正后的210Pbex转换模型估算得到"三北"防护林区退耕地造林前平均侵蚀速率为82.16±14.36 (t/hm2·a),造林后平均侵蚀速率为-41.28±33.91 (t/hm2·a);农耕地造林前平均侵蚀速率为68.55±22.11 (t/hm2·a),造林后平均侵蚀速率-8.52±47.32 (t/hm2·a)。这表明137Cs示踪技术主要表征了1963年以来该区坡地土壤侵蚀和沉积的平均结果,而210Pbex示踪技术则可以较好地示踪防护林建成前后的土壤侵蚀变化。此外,研究结果也表明,相比于"三北"防护林建成之前,建成之后该区农耕地和退耕地的土壤侵蚀速率均呈显著下降趋势,且均由前期的风沙侵蚀转变成了风沙沉积。  相似文献

原位现场γ谱仪具有快速准确监测土壤中环境放射性核素137Cs和210Pbex的潜力,可以解决传统环境放射性核素示踪土壤侵蚀在选择参考点和测定时间过长问题。本研究应用现场γ谱仪(ISOCS,In-situObject Counting System),对内蒙古锡林浩特草原土壤中137Cs和210Pbex的含量进行了田间原位(不采样)测定,并与室内γ谱仪测定结果进行了比对。结果显示:现场γ谱仪的探头离地面1m,采用90度准直器,测量时间保证3600s以上时,测定的土壤中137Cs面积浓度与室内测定结果一致,二者的平均偏差为8%,表明现场γ谱仪测定具有较高精度,是快速评价土壤侵蚀速率的有效技术;210Pbex的原位测定结果显著高于室内测定结果,可能由于测定时间较短所致。初步研究结果表明:原位测定具有时间短、精度高的优点,可以克服传统采样造成的空间变异误差。  相似文献

Feitsui reservoir, the major water supply of Taipei city, has shown declining water quality in recent years. The reservoir is located in an area famous for tea cultivation, and the question arises as to whether the hillside tea plantations have contributed to increased sediment and nutrient discharge into the reservoir. In this study, soil and phosphorus redistribution were examined along a steep tea plantation in the reservoir's catchment and the provenance of reservoir sediment was assessed. Fallout radionuclides were used as soil erosion/deposition tracers and as markers of sediment sources. Continuous fertilizer application has raised (inorganic) phosphorus levels in the studied tea plantation. The plantation's narrow bench terraces trap eroded material and slow down soil and nutrient translocation. Nevertheless, eroded soil and phosphorus have accumulated on a vegetated toeslope below the tea plantation. The reservoir sediment contained significant amounts of inorganic phosphorus and cesium-137, and application of a mixing model resulted in a surface soil contribution of approximately 30%. This points towards tea plantations as possible sediment and pollutant sources and underlines the necessity of soil conservation strategies, such as the maintenance of vegetated riparian buffer zones. However, other sources, such as landslide debris and urban wastewaters, cannot be entirely ruled out. Further research is needed to better characterize the catchment's soils and sediments and to improve sediment fingerprinting efforts. Potential point and non-point pollution sources need to be examined in detail to better understand how phosphorus enters the reservoir.  相似文献

[目的]为更好地使用210Pbex示踪法测定土壤侵蚀速率提供依据。[方法]叙述210Pbex的来源、示踪原理与土壤中210Pbex的计算方法,探讨210Pbex在非耕作土壤中的深度分布及土壤侵蚀模型中的应用。[结果]210Pbex在非耕作土壤剖面中存在于0~16 cm处。从土壤表层自上而下,非耕作土壤和矮树林土壤中的210Pbex含量随土层深度增加呈指数降低。利用环境放射性核素210Pbex来研究土壤侵蚀和沉积具有很大的应用价值和潜力,当核素随大气沉降到地表时,迅速被土壤颗粒吸附,通过其在土壤间的移动和有规律的分布模式可以示踪100年尺度上的土壤侵蚀速率。[结论]210Pbex示踪技术可以研究近100年的土壤再分配状况,在时间尺度上很好的弥补了示踪短周期的土壤再分配速率。  相似文献

AIM: To evaluate the effect of microRNA-155(miRNA-155) on the regulation of angiogenesis in diabetic rats with cerebral ischemic injury. METHODS: Adult male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 5 groups:sham group, cerebral ischemia group, diabetic cerebral ischemia group, diabetic cerebral ischemia+miRNA-155 inhibitors group and diabetic cerebral ischemia+scramble group. Diabetes model was made by injection of streptozocin and permanent cerebral ischemic model was developed by suture-occluded method. The scores of neurological deficit and infarct volume were estimated at 24 h after cerebral ischemia. miRNA-155 level was detected by real-time polymerase chain reaction. The expression of platelet endothelial cell adhesion molecule-1(PECAM-1/CD31) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) was detected by Western blotting. RESULTS: miRNA-155 inhibitor significantly reduced miRNA-155 levels in the ischemic cortex(P<0.05), improved the scores of neurological deficit, reduced infarction size and upregulated the levels of CD31 and VEGF(P<0.05). CONCLUSION: miRNA-155 has a critical role in the regulation of angiogenesis in diabetic rats with cerebral ischemia. Down-regulation of miRNA-155 using miRNA-155 inhibitor attenuates brain infarct injury in diabetic rats.  相似文献

很少有关于直接测定强度耕作侵蚀引起土壤退化过程的报道。我们的目的是确定应用137Cs和210Pbex直接定量评价耕作侵蚀对土壤有机质(SOM)坡面运移影响的可能性。我们在黄土高原陡坡耕地上进行了50次犁耕活动,并将与其相临的另一块陡坡耕地作为对照。在对照坡地不同坡位,137Cs浓度均匀分布于上部0~30cm土层,而210Pbex浓度在坡上部和坡中部随土层深度增加呈现线性递减,在坡下部呈指数函数递减。0~30cm土层中土壤有机质含量显著大于30cm深度以下土层,并在坡中部和坡下部呈现与210Pbex类似的土壤剖面分布特征。与对照坡地比较,50次犁耕活动导致坡上部、坡中部0~45cm土层的SOM含量分别降低了38%和47%,坡下部0~100cm土层中的SOM含量却提高了18%。坡上部土壤剖面中137Cs浓度的加权平均值从1.48Bq/kg降低到0.29Bq/kg,坡中部从2.53Bq/kg减少到0.33Bq/kg,坡下部从1.48Bq/kg提高到2.81Bq/kg。210Pbex浓度的剖面加权平均值在坡上部从27.71Bq/kg下降到6.15Bq/kg,在坡中部和坡下部分别从35.46Bq/kg和25.53Bq/kg降低到1.57Bq/kg和19.40Bq/kg。137Cs和210Pbex的剖面分布与SOM在p<0.001水平呈显著相关,相关系数R2值在对照坡地为0.81~0.86,在犁耕实验坡地为0.86~0.91。实验结果表明,环境放射性核素137Cs和210Pbex在黄  相似文献

In order to assess its potential for estimating soil redistribution rates, the naturally occurring fallout radionuclide 210Pbex has been used in parallel with 137Cs, derived from the atmospheric testing of nuclear weapon testing in the 1950s to 1970s, to estimate rates of soil redistribution on a sloping field with traditional erosion control measures located near Jiajia Village, Jianyang County, in the Sichuan Hilly Basin of China. The local 210Pbex reference inventory of 12,860 Bq m− 2 is higher than those reported for many other areas of the world and may reflect the influence of cloudy weather in preventing 210Pb released to the atmosphere across the local region moving up into the upper troposphere, where is would be more widely dispersed. The mean 210Pbex and 137Cs inventories measured in cores collected from the upper part of the field with an average slope of 10° were 8028 Bq m− 2 and 993 Bq m− 2, respectively, and the equivalent values for the lower part of the field, where the slopes are steeper (20°) were 11,388 Bq m− 2 and 1299 Bq m− 2. The pattern of post-fallout 210Pbex and 137Cs redistribution on the sloping field reflects not only the effects of water erosion and redistribution by tillage, but also the local traditional practice of “Tiaoshamiantu”, whereby sediment trapped in the ditches is returned to the fields by the farmer. The estimates of annual rates of soil loss provided by the 210Pbex measurement are closely comparable with those derived from the 137Cs measurements and are consistent with existing knowledge for the study area. The results obtained from this study confirm the potential for using 210Pbex measurement to estimate soil erosion rates over medium-term timescale of 50–100 years. By combining the estimates of erosion rates provided by the 210Pbex and 137Cs measurements, the weighted mean net soil loss was estimated to be 48.7 t ha− 1 year− 1 from the upper subfield and 16.9 t ha− 1 year− 1 from the lower subfield. These rates are considerably lower than the erosion rates obtained from runoff plot measurements in the local area. It is suggested that the traditional erosion control practices and the practice of “Tiaoshamiantu” have a significant effect in reducing soil loss and conserving valuable cultivated soil on sloping fields in the Sichuan Hilly Basin.  相似文献

The use of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) has emerged as a potential new treatment for myocardial infarction. However, the poor viability of MSCs after transplantation critically limits the efficacy of this new strategy. The expression of microRNA-210 (miR-210) is induced by hypoxia and is important for cell survival under hypoxic conditions. Hypoxia increases the levels of hypoxia inducible factor-1 (HIF-1) protein and miR-210 in human MSCs (hMSCs). miR-210 positively regulates HIF-1α activity. Furthermore, miR-210 expression is also induced by hypoxia through the regulation of HIF-1α. To investigate the effect of miR-210 on hMSC survival under hypoxic conditions, survival rates along with signaling related to cell survival were evaluated in hMSCs over-expressing miR-210 or ones that lacked HIF-1α expression. Elevated miR-210 expression increased survival rates along with Akt and ERK activity in hMSCs with hypoxia. These data demonstrated that a positive feedback loop involving miR-210 and HIF-1α was important for MSC survival under hypoxic conditions.  相似文献

本文介绍了国际原子能机构(IAEA)组织的5个土壤样品中137Cs和210Pb活度分析的国际比对结果。本实验室比对用HPGe低本底γ谱仪对土壤样品进行测量,用LabSOCS(Laboratory Sourceless Calibration Software)进行系统无源效率刻度。通过IAEA的评价指标对结果进行评价表明,所测定的5个土壤样品中137Cs和210Pb活度结果都满足达标的要求,成功通过了IAEA的比对。IAEA公布的所有参加的18个实验室的比对结果显示,137Cs活度测定结果有82%的实验室属可接受,而210Pb活度测定结果只有33%的实验室属可接受。对这次国际比对总结分析经验和不足:137Cs与210Pb相比,其分析不确定性相对小,分析误差容易控制;210Pb是土壤中本身存在的放射性核素,其穿透能力较低,受土壤母质和本底的影响,其分析误差不容易控制。  相似文献
