植物源农用杀菌剂银泰对作物刺激生长作用

本文通过应用植物源农用杀菌剂银泰的不同浓度处理草莓和菠菜，测定绿色面积指数、叶面积指数、根冠比、叶绿素含量、硝酸还原本科活性、生物产量、经济产量。结果表明，银泰对草莓和菠菜均具有明显的刺激生长作用。     

Effects of non-excitatory electric stimulation on cardiac function in normal and infarcted heart rabbits and it's regional effect on myocardium

AIM: To investigate the influences of electric stimulation applied during the absolute refractory period (ARP) on the cardiac function of normal rabbits and rabbits after myocardial infarction (MI) and to observe the regional effects of this electric stimulation. METHODS: 64 rabbits were randomly assigned to normal and MI groups and each group was then divided into the anterior and posterior groups. A thoracotomy was performed 4 weeks after MI in rabbits. One set of electrodes was inserted into the anterior and posterior wall of left ventricle of the anterior and posterior groups, respectively. Current pulses were delivered during the ARP (called CCM) during sinus rhythm in rabbits. The left ventricular systolic pressure (LVSP) and the left ventricular end diastolic pressure(LVEDP) as well as maximum positive and negative left ventricular pressure change (±dp/dt_max) were observed. RESULTS: In the normal and MI groups, LVSP, +dp/dt_max significantly increased, and LVEDP, -dp/dt_max were reduced during CCM stimulation compared with the baseline (P<0.05). In the normal rabbits, electric stimulation in the anterior group improved the cardiac function more significantly than that in the posterior group (P<0.05). In the MI rabbits, there was no difference between the anterior and the posterior groups (P>0.05). CONCLUSION: Electric stimulation delivered during the ARP significantly enhances the contractility and the relaxation of myocardium in normal rabbits and rabbits after MI, and the effects of CCM stimulation on heart are regional.     

桃的电特性及新鲜度识别

为了解采后果品电特性变化机理,并探索基于电特性识别果品品质的方法,研究了桃采后电特性和生理特性的变化。结果表明,随着桃新鲜度下降,相对介电常数呈余弦规律变化,损耗角正切逐渐减小,呼吸高峰时相对介电常数最大。分析了电特性变化的原因,进而建立了采后桃电特性与生理特性之间的关系模型。以相对介电常数和损耗角正切为输入特征参数,应用BP神经网络技术识别桃的新鲜度等级,平均识别率为82％。     

大花蕙兰营养生长期植株生长与辐热积关系的模拟模型研究

根据光照辐射和温度对大花蕙兰生长状况的影响,通过‘明月’和‘梦幻’两个品种在两个温室中的试验,建立了以辐热积为指标的温室大花蕙兰生长指标预测模型,并使用独立的试验数据对模型进行检验。结果表明：模型对于大花蕙兰两个品种‘明月’和‘梦幻’母球、子球、孙球植株最长叶长、假鳞茎直径、展叶数的预测值与实际观测值的决定系数（R2）分别高于0.98、0.98、0.95;回归估计标准误差（RMSE）分别低于2.06 cm、0.85 mm、1.21 片;预测相对误差（RSE）分别低于4.8%、2.8%、8.8%。表明该模型对以上生长指标的预测精度较高,可为温室大花蕙兰生产中的光照和温度的调控提供理论依据。     

Expression of natural killer cell stimulatory receptor NKG2D and its ligand MICA in Tibetan patients with gastric cancer at Qinghai plateau

AIM: To investigate the expression of natural killer cell stimulation receptor D(NKG2D) in peripheral blood and the expression of major histocompatibility complex class I chain-related protein A(MICA) on the gastric carcinoma tissue and the neighboring non-cancerous tissue in Tibetan patients with gastric cancer at Qinghai plateau. METHODS: Samples of 33 patients and 20 healthy persons were collected to detect NKG2D in peripheral blood by Flow cytometry analysis. The expressions of MICA in part of the correspondent tissues were examined by RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry.RESULTS: The expression of NKG2D in the plateau of Tibetan patients with gastric cancer group (13.47 ±5.26)% was significantly lower than that in healthy groups (32.62±10.08)%. The mRNA level of MICA in gastric cancer was significantly higher than that in neighboring non-cancerous tissue (P<0.05). The expressions of MICA proteins showed a significant difference between the neighboring non-cancerous tissue (21.21%, 7/33) and the gastric carcinoma tissue (78.79%, 26/33), between the high differentiation (60.00%, 3/5) and the moderate (72.73%, 8/11), low differentiation (88.24%, 15/17). The expressions of MICA were not correlated with tumor size, sex, age, lymph node metastasis of the patients (P>0.05). Spearman rank correlation displayed that the expressions of MICA mRNA were positively correlated with the MICA protein level (r=0.903, P<0.01).CONCLUSION: The immune escape in Tibetan patients with gastric cancer at Qinghai plateau probably relates to the down-regulation of NKG2D and the up-regulation of its ligand MICA. The activity of NK cells and the anti-cancer cellular immunity level are descending in the plateau of Tibetan patients with gastric cancer. The decrease in the receptor NKG2D is a reason for the activity of NK cell descending.     

影响牛肉品质的宰后因素

本文从肉牛屠宰后肌肉变化,分析了几种影响屠宰后牛肉品质的相关生理过程,即肌肉pH的下降、温度,肌肉收缩以及肌肉中蛋白质的分解,合适的pH下降速度和(或)肌肉收缩的机械保护,对提高牛肉的嫩度和色泽有较大作用。     

卵龄及激活液中Ca2+浓度对小鼠卵母细胞电激活效率的影响

采用宁波新科CRY-3细胞融合仪及其配备的镀银电融合槽(电极宽度为0.5mm)对影响电激活效率的两个因素——卵龄及激活液中Ca2 浓度进行了比较研究。结果表明:①卵母细胞的活化率随卵龄的增加明显升高,电刺激hCG后18～19h的卵母细胞可获得较高的卵母细胞激活率(71.67%),继续增加卵龄,卵母细胞激活率、卵裂率和囊胚发育率开始下降。②使用含Ca2 的激活液可获得较高的卵母细胞激活率,但Ca2 的浓度变化对激活效果无显著影响(P>0.05)。     

The effects of maxillary nerve block,ethmoidal nerve block and their combination on cardiopulmonary responses to nasal stimulation in anesthetized Beagle dogs

ObjectiveTo describe an approach for ethmoidal nerve block (E_BLOCK) and to compare the effects of a maxillary nerve block (M_BLOCK), E_BLOCK and their combination (M-E_BLOCK) on heart rate (HR), systolic (SAP), mean (MAP), diastolic (DAP) arterial pressures and respiratory rate (f_R) during nasal stimulation in dogs.Study designProspective, blinded, randomized, crossover placebo-controlled study.AnimalsBeagle dogs (five cadavers, nine live dogs), with a median (interquartile range) weight of 10.5 (10.3–11.0) kg.MethodsThe accuracy of iohexol injections (each 1 mL) at the maxillary and ethmoidal foramina in cadavers was evaluated using computed tomography. Then, anesthetized dogs were administered four bilateral treatments separated by 1 week, saline or 2% lidocaine 1 mL per injection: injections of saline at the maxillary and ethmoidal foramina (Control), injections of lidocaine at the maxillary foramina and saline at the ethmoidal foramina (M_BLOCK), injections of saline at the maxillary foramina and lidocaine at the ethmoidal foramina (E_BLOCK) and injections of lidocaine at all foramina (M-E_BLOCK). The ventral nasal meatus was bilaterally stimulated using cotton swabs, and HR, SAP, MAP, DAP and f_R were continuously recorded. Values for each variable were compared before and after stimulation using Wilcoxon signed-rank test. Changes in variables among treatments were analyzed using Mann–Whitney U and Kruskal–Wallis tests (p ≤ 0.05).ResultsComputed tomography revealed iohexol distribution around the openings of the target foramina in all cadavers. In living dogs, HR, SAP, MAP, DAP and f_R significantly increased after stimulation within each treatment (p < 0.03). Physiologic responses were significantly attenuated, but not absent, in the M-E_BLOCK [HR (p = 0.019), SAP, MAP, DAP and f_R (all p ≤ 0.001)] compared with those in the Control.Conclusions and clinical relevanceConcurrent injections of lidocaine at the maxillary and ethmoidal foramina attenuated HR, arterial pressure and f_R responses to nasal stimulation in Beagle dogs.     

Tissue Culture and Rapid Propagation of Echinacea Purpurea

It is a burgeoning application field for the biotechnology that to apply the technique of plant tissue culture breed seedling. The authors study the responses of Echinacea purpurea to different proportion plant growth hormone or auxin through adopting the culture tissue technique on the MS. The integrated seedling of Echinacea purpurea can be cultivated by callus, subculture, differentiation and rhizogenesis. The surviving rate of Echinacea purpurea seedling transplant are improved by appropriate sound stimulation appropriate. Study harvest offers the gist for the large-scale breeding seedling and the officinal resource exploitation of Echinacea purpurea in our country, and avoid some traditional handicap in breeding seedling of Echinacea purpurea, such as the difficult of seed collection, low burgeoning rate, and the disadvantage for large-scale propagation.
