由于草鱼病毒性出血病发病率高,且尚未找到有效防治的药物,至今一直成为草鱼养殖发展中"瓶颈"问题的根本原因。因此,采取免疫学途径防治草鱼出血病是解决此问题的关键之所在。综述了采用草鱼出血病疫苗、干扰素及免疫增强剂进行草鱼出血病防治的研究现状;提出口服型免疫增强剂是生产上防治草鱼出血病最为有效的途径之一。  相似文献

Rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) and Atlantic salmon (Salmo salar) were submitted for various slaughter and bleeding procedures to see what effect this would have on blood drainage of the muscles. Results show that the bleeding method is of less importance, while it is the timing that is important. No significant difference in bloodspotting was observed between fish that were bled live by a gill cut or percussive killed and bled by gutting. Most of the drainage of blood in the fish muscle seems to occur within the first hours postmortem, so rigor mortis is of little importance. The visual appearance of the fillet was influenced by number and size of the bloodstains. Colour measurements with Hunter L*, a*, b* did not reveal this. We conclude that a gill cut is not necessarily to obtain bleeding, so the industry can omit this phase and go directly to gutting.  相似文献

采用伤流液组分分析和植物营养分析的方法,探讨了不同铵硝配比(CK,0∶100;T1,10∶90;T2,25∶75;T3,50∶50)影响芥蓝生长的生理机制。结果表明:与全硝态氮营养液对照相比,3 个营养液增铵处理均提高了芥蓝植株的生物量和伤流强度,其中营养液增铵25%(T2)处理的效果最好。T1 处理芥蓝植株伤流液中蛋白态氮和P 的流量与CK 相比显著增加;T2 处理芥蓝植株伤流液中NO3--N、P、K 流量均为最高;T3 处理芥蓝植株伤流液中NH4+-N、氨基酸态氮和蛋
白态氮流量最高,而NO3--N 和K 流量则显著低于CK。T1 处理和T2 处理显著提高了芥蓝植株N、P、K 的含量和积累量;T3 处理亦显著提高了芥蓝植株N、P 的含量和积累量,但显著降低了K 的含量和积累量。综合来看,营养液适量增铵(25%)处理的效果最好,可以提高芥蓝根系吸收能力,促进氮代谢,增加植株对N、P、K 的吸收和积累,从而促进植株生长。  相似文献

Von Willebrand disease type III is widespread in Dutch Kooiker dogs. To eradicate von Willebrand disease from the breed, affected dogs and nonsymptomatic carriers must be excluded from breeding. Previous efforts to detect carriers in Kooiker dogs by a von Willebrand factor antigen assay were not satisfactory because of considerable overlap of plasma concentrations in normal dogs and carriers. The aim of this study was to develop and apply a DNA test for the detection of von Willebrand disease carriers in the Kooiker breed. Two mutations in the von Willebrand factor gene in affected Kooiker dogs have been described previously, a splice site mutation at the border of intron 16 and exon 16 and a missense mutation in exon 3. We have developed polymerase chain reaction tests for both mutations in genomic DNA. The missense mutation most likely is a neutral variant and appears to be a polymorphism present in many breeds. The allele-specific oligonucleotide test for the splice site mutation was applied in the selection of animals cleared to breed by the Dutch breeding club. In a few years, the mutation has been eliminated from the breeding stock without apparent increase of inbreeding or preferential sire usage.  相似文献

Veterinarians involved in Greyhound rescue have anecdotally observed that 10-15% of Greyhounds bleed profusely after simple surgical procedures. In most patients, platelet counts and hemostasis profiles are normal; therefore, it is possible that these dogs have platelet dysfunction. The PFA-100 is a novel point-of-care platelet function analyzer that has recently been evaluated as a rapid method to assess platelet function in dogs. The objectives of this study were to characterize platelet function in a group of healthy Greyhounds by means of the PFA-100. Blood samples were collected from the jugular vein from 30 healthy Greyhounds. CBC, biochemical profile, PFA-100 assay with collagen/epinephrine (COL-EPI) and collagen/ adenosindiphosphate (COL-ADP), plasma von Willebrand factor antigen concentration (vWF:Ag), and vWF collagen-binding assay (vWF:CBA) were performed. PFA-100 closure times (CTs) with COL/ADP ranged from 63 to 92 seconds (mean +/- SD, 74.7 +/- 7.9 seconds) and with COL/EPI from 87 to 238 seconds (138 +/- 41 seconds); vWF: Ag ranged from 22 to 120% (87.52 +/- 25.5%) and vWF: CBA ranged from 36 to 102% (77.4 +/- 17.3%); and platelet counts ranged from 147 to 265 x 10(9)/L (194.6 +/- 31.64 x 10(9)/L). Greyhound CTs were significantly shorter than CTs in a mixed population of 50 healthy non-Greyhound dogs, in which the COL/ADP CTs ranged from 61 to 172 seconds (mean +/- SD, 87 +/- 21.6 seconds), and the COL/ EPI CTs ranged from 81 to 300 seconds (mean +/- SD, 183 +/- 67.6 seconds; P = 0.005 for COL/ADP CT; P = 0.001 for COL/ EPI CT). Also, platelet counts were significantly lower (P = 0.001) and packed cell volume was significantly higher (P = 0.001) in the Greyhound than in the non-Greyhound group. The PFA-100 is a reproducible method that can be used in the clinical setting to assess platelet function in Greyhounds; however, normal CTs in healthy Greyhounds are shorter than in other breeds. The results obtained in this study will be used to screen for abnormal platelet function in Greyhounds with postoperative bleeding.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: Bleeding disorders in patients with normal coagulation test results are frequently reported in Greyhounds. The purpose of this study was to compare Greyhounds to non-Greyhounds by thromboelastography (TEG). HYPOTHESIS: TEG parameters in Greyhounds are different from those in non-Greyhounds. ANIMALS: Forty-three healthy dogs (28 Greyhounds and 15 non-Greyhounds) based on the results of physical examination, CBC, activated partial thromboplastin time, prothrombin time, fibrinogen, and platelet count. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Recalcified citrated native TEGs were performed in both groups; data were compared using Student's, Mann-Whitney, and Pearson's statistical tests. RESULTS: In Greyhounds, mean +/- SD were as follows: R-time 4.3 +/- 1.7 minutes, K-time 3.8 +/- 1.4 minutes, angle (alpha) 50.0 +/- 8.0 degrees , maximum amplitude (MA) 47.6 +/- 5.6 mm, clot strength (G) 4,647 +/- 1,097 dyn/cm2, and percent lysis at 60 minutes (LY60) 2.8 +/- 5.0%. In the non-Greyhounds they were R-time 3.7 +/- 1.6 minutes, K-time 2.5 +/- 0.9 minutes, angle 59.8 +/- 7.0 degrees , MA 53.1 +/- 5.6 mm, G 5,811 +/- 1,256 dyn/cm2, and LY60 3.1 +/- 2.5%. All parameters were significantly different between the groups, except for R-time and LY60. CONCLUSION: In Greyhounds, clotting kinetics are slower and clot strength are weaker than in non-Greyhounds, supporting the increased tendency to bleed observed after minor trauma or surgical procedures in the breed. The findings may also be attributed to blood viscosity or to the concentration of citrate in the sample (ie, Greyhounds have higher hematocrit and less plasma per unit volume).  相似文献

Poor reproducibility of template bleeding time in horses   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
BACKGROUND: Template bleeding time (TBT) is considered to be a useful test for detecting platelet function disorders and the effect of platelet-activating drugs, but studies in human medicine have concluded that the test has poor reproducibility and sensitivity. HYPOTHESIS: TBT has poor reproducibility in horses and has insufficient sensitivity to detect the effect of etamsylate on platelet function. ANIMALS: Twenty healthy horses. METHODS: TBT was determined and repeated 2 hours and 30 days later. TBT was also performed 2 hours after IV administration of etamsylate. RESULTS: Although no statistical differences were seen between the TBT values obtained at different times, the coefficients of variation for TBT replicates ranged from 26.8% to 45.5%. The reference range for TBT was 138.4-860.4 seconds. No statistically significant shortening of the mean TBT value was observed after etamsylate administration. CONCLUSION AND CLINICAL IMPORTANCE: TBT has poor reproducibility, and the reference range is too wide to make TBT useful in a clinical setting. Other tests with higher reproducibility should be considered when assessing platelet function disorders in horses.  相似文献

The present study was performed to determine normal values for the Medtronic HemoTec automated activated coagulation time (ACT) analyzer (Medtronic HemoTec Inc, Parker, CO, distributed in Switzerland by Convergenza AG, Vaduz, Liechtenstein), and to evaluate its ability to detect dogs with hemophilia. ACT was measured in 43 healthy dogs presented to the Companion Animal Hospital, University of Bern, Bern, Switzerland, with the Medtronic HemoTec ACT analyzer to determine normal values. The mean +/- 2 standard deviations (SDs) of the values obtained was defined as the normal range. ACT was measured 8-10 times on the same day in 6 dogs to determine repeatability. ACT also was measured in 11 dogs with hemophilia and compared with a conventional visual ACT measurement test and with the activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT). ACT values of the 43 dogs used to determine normal values ranged from 66.5 to 97.0 seconds (mean, 79.3 seconds; SD, 7.35 seconds; median, 78.5 seconds). A range of 64-95 seconds (mean +/- 2 SDs) was defined as the normal range for the tested device. Repeatability was poor (r = 0.256). ACT values measured with the automated device did not correlate with ACT values measured with a conventional visual test or with APTT Sensitivity of the test was 90.9%, specificity was 98.0%, and accuracy was 96.7%. Variability in the test results was large and may lead to incorrect results. The automated measurement device was not superior to the conventional visual method in evaluating dogs with hemophilia.  相似文献
