基于SOLID EDGE的EBOM表的生成

论述了BOM的分类和组成方法，介绍了基于Solid edge的EBOM的生成过程，即在Access2002中构建EBOM表，利用Visual Basic编写应用程序，并把在Solid Edge基础上建立的产品模型的物料数据自动生成到EBOM表中。     

The Implementation Study on The Modeling of Drected-gragh With Weightings Based on The BOM of Product

The nodes of BOM may appear repeatedly in the different layers. While the structure of traditional tree model can not express the relation between these nodes expediently. By analyzing the localization of tree model BOM, this paper studies the essential structure of BOM and puts forward the drected-gragh with weightings of BOM. Then it provides corresponding realization of relation database and studies the method of maintenance. It also discusses the expansion of attribute based on enterprise' s requirement. Finally it provides the thinking of searching, relevant algorithm and the method of programming language realization. This kind of BOM offers foundation for the integration of information and data in PDM/CAPP/CIMS/ERP.

基于XML技术的BOM数据的存储和表现

简述了物料清单（BOM）的结构,并分析了它的特点.提出用XML表示BOM数据,并用XML本源数据库（NXD）存储的方法.分析了BOM的对象模型,利用XML模式建立了BOM的对象模式.介绍了利用文档集合的概念存储BOM数据的方法.重点介绍了存储在XML文档中的BOM数据的验证、解析和显示方法.分析了利用XML技术存储BOM的意义及其对制造业信息化的XML标准化的影响.     

SCM of Manufacturing Enterprise Driven by Order Form

To provide various production for fulfilling the customer's requirements to the market has been the goal of manufacturing enterprises. The order form is the representation of customer's requirements. It has been the headstream and end-piont of the management of enterprises and SCM. The idea and it's realization of SCM to the whole process are introduced, that is driven by the order form. It's derived from several aspects, including the characteristics of the production's configuration, the type of order form and supplying, the manufacture organizing mode and the material requirements, the way of SCM in manufacturing enterprise and the model of SCM to the whole process driven by order form, realizing technique, etc.     

Modeling and Algorithms Implement of Traversing of BOM Production Based on Relational Database

The mono-layer BOM and multi-layer BOM trees are defined, and two of the basic algorithms of traversal of multilevel BOM are summarized as well,which are Recursive Search and Level Search. Based on the analysis of algorithms principles, and evaluating the calculating rate, percentage of using CPU and practicability of them, a kind of improved Traversal of multi-level BOM algorithms is proposed. It is applied in relational database with high calculating rate, lower percentage of using CPU and high applicability. The software implement of these algori-thms is also introduced in detail, and the results of its application show that these algorithms are feasible and effective.     

BOM集成技术在集成产品开发中的应用研究

提出了基于BOM的集成产品开发环境的框架,指出了集成产品开发的几种集成方案。通过对BOM在信息系统之间的共享、交换以及信息资源的集成,阐述了BOM在产品开发中的重要作用及基于BOM的集成技术,为实现基于BOM集成技术的集成产品开发提供了一个较好的思路。     

基于BOM的成本估算系统的研究与实现

针对传统成本估算方法在数据结构上存在的不足，提出了基于BOM的成本估算法。对BOM的不同视图，属性及估算过程中BOM的流向和变异进行了研究，建立了系统模型并对各功能模块进行了分析和研究，进而对估算系统进行了实现。
