长江上游白鲟幼鱼形态发育和产卵场的调查研究   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
1989年3月至1991年6月对长江重庆江段19尾白鲟(体长480~1148mm)的形态、生长和食性进行了分析及年龄鉴定。结果表明,幼鲟生长较快,身体各部分增长不一致,眼径、吻须增长较慢。其体长(BL)、体重(W)的关系式为:W=5.2119×10-6BL2.9271。白鲟为肉食性鱼类,体长约647mm的幼鲟主要摄食小型鲤科鱼类。葛洲坝截流后,长江上游白鲟产卵场未变,种群数量有所回升。  相似文献

This study reports on the fine‐scale movements of swordfish (Xiphias gladius) outfitted with pop‐off satellite archival transmitters (PSATs) in the Southern California Bight (SCB). PSATs were deployed on basking swordfish using traditional harpoon methods from 2004 to 2006. Transmitters were programmed for short‐term deployment (2–90 days) and re‐acquired using a signal direction finder. High‐resolution (min?1) depth and temperature data from nine swordfish (approximately 45–120 kg) were collected (>193 days). All swordfish displayed diurnal vertical movements similar to those reported for other geographic locations. The dominant diurnal movement pattern entailed swordfish remaining below the thermocline (>68 ± 15 m) during the day and near the surface, within the upper‐mixed layer, at night. Collectively, the average daytime depth (±SE) was 273 ± 11 m and the average night depth 31 ± 5 m. Three distinct vertical behaviors were recorded: 35% of the records following a strict diurnal pattern, with the entire day below the thermocline and the entire night near the surface; 52% of the records revealed routine surface‐basking events during the day, with an otherwise similar distribution at night; and 13% of the records exhibited surface‐oriented activity during the day and night. Surface basking (<3 m during the day) was recorded for eight individuals and occurred on 131 of the 193 days (68% of the dataset). Collectively, surface basking accounted for 8% of the total daytime records. The relevance of these vertical behaviors to SCB fisheries is discussed.  相似文献

年龄与生长是渔业基础生物学研究的重要内容。体长频度法估算头足类的年龄并不可靠,而利用硬组织来研究头足类的年龄和生长是最为有效的方法之一。内壳作为头足类少数硬组织之一受到国内外学者的广泛关注。本文从内壳的提取、保存、制备、观察,生长纹的特征,生长纹周期性以及日龄鉴定等方面综述了其在头足类年龄和生长方面的研究进展。分析认为,柔鱼类内壳因其生长早期的生长纹不清晰而无法用来鉴定其整个生活史的年龄;乌贼类内壳因其生长受环境尤其水温的影响显著,因此并不适合用作年龄鉴定的材料;而章鱼类内壳在其年龄和生长研究中应用前景最广泛。今后的研究希望能够在年龄鉴定基础上,开展内壳时间序列上的微量元素与稳定同位素研究,为进一步分析头足类的种群结构、摄食生态、栖息环境以及生活史等内容提供基础资料。  相似文献

During January–May, surface manifestation of multiple, individual basin‐scale fronts accentuate the central North Pacific Subtropical Frontal Zone (STFZ) system. The most prominent of these fronts are climatologically located at 32°?34°N and at 28°?30°N latitudes [herein nominally referred to as the ‘Subtropical Front’ (STF) and the ‘South Subtropical Front’ (SSTF), respectively], although considerable interannual variability in both position and intensity is observed. This seasonally dynamic system is also the region typically targeted by the Hawaii‐based swordfish (Xiphias gladius) longline fishing fleet, where the presence, position, and strength of the convergent fronts are believed to play a key role with regard to the catch and catch rates of swordfish. Information furnished by a recent series of meridional hydrographic surveys and concurrent satellite remote sensing data elucidate structural patterns and coupling of the physics and biology associated with these fronts. This enables a re‐characterization of the spring North Pacific STFZ and offers new insight into the seasonal variability of the phytoplankton dynamics in the subtropical North Pacific. On synoptic time scales, geographical positioning of the fronts may be systematically identified through surface outcropping of diagnostic thermohaline isopleths and therefore readily discerned from both shipboard surveys and by spaceborne sensors. The STF during spring can be characterized by the surface expression of the 34.8 isohaline and the 17°C isotherm within the frontal gradient. Biologically, the STF marks the transition from low chloropigment (chlorophyll + phaeopigments), nutrient‐depleted surface waters to the south to a more productive regime to the north. To the south, the 20°C and 35.0 surface isotherm and isohaline, respectively, are characteristically embedded in the thermohaline gradients associated with the SSTF. A sharp increase in depth‐integrated chloropigment is also observed at the SSTF and is ascribed to an increase in the concentration and thickness of the subsurface chloropigment maximum (SCM) prompted by the shoaling of the nutricline with the thermocline structure into the euphotic zone.  相似文献

Generalized Regression Analysis and Spatial Prediction (GRASP) was used to map the spatial distribution of swordfish (Xiphias gladius) in the South Atlantic. Generalized additive models (GAMs) were used to relate catch to environmental predictor variables. Catch information from 38,000 Brazilian pelagic longline sets from 1980 to 2000 and size frequency data from 5000 longline sets from 1982 to 2000 were obtained from International Commission for the Conservation of Atlantic Tuna (ICCAT). Results highlight the importance of environmental variables for the fishery and for the spatial distribution of different size classes of swordfish (small, intermediate and large). The distribution of swordfish was closely associated with convergence zones (inter-tropical and sub-tropical), especially in the months of greatest convergence intensity. Spatial distribution patterns differed for the three studied size classes. The smallest size classes were found mainly in coastal zones and in areas with a shallow mixed layer (<20 m). In contrast intermediate-sized swordfish were mostly associated with the inter-tropical convergence and mixed layers of more than 20 m depth and large swordfish were often found in the vicinity of the sub-tropical convergence zone and in areas with mixed layers of less than 25 m and greater than 60 m.  相似文献

】对白鲟骨骼系统的研究表明,上颌是由骨化良好的方轭骨在口角处将腭方骨、腭方软骨及上颌骨连接所成。下颌由齿骨、前关节骨及米克尔氏软骨组成。肩带骨骼除上匙骨、后匙骨、匙骨、肩胛部和乌喙部软骨外,还存在锁骨和间锁骨。腰带退化,腹鳍支鳍骨由9块鳍基软骨组成。附肢骨骼的辐状软骨已部分骨化。  相似文献
