采用生化手段对舟山附近海域中浮游桡足类夏季优势种—太平洋纺锤水蚤(Acartia pacifica)进行营养成分测定,比较分析两种单胞藻饵料小球藻(Chlorella sp.)和三角褐指藻(Phaeodactylum tricornutum)对其营养价值的影响。结果表明,太平洋纺锤水蚤在投喂三角褐指藻和投喂小球藻后,其体内粗蛋白湿重含量分别为(6.51±0.46)%和(5.21±0.98)%,比对照组(2.44±0.63)%显著上升(P0.05);投喂三角褐指藻后太平洋纺锤水蚤粗脂肪湿重含量(0.25±0.03)%显著上升(P0.05),投喂小球藻后粗脂肪湿重含量(0.15±0.03)%显著下降(P0.05);但总糖和灰分湿重含量变化不明显(P0.05)。本研究检测出太平洋纺锤水蚤体内共含17种氨基酸,其中鱼类必需氨基酸(EAA)9种,非必需氨基酸(NEAA)8种,对照组与投喂两种饵料后太平洋纺锤水蚤中EAA含量均较高,干重含量为(47.56±0.04)%~(49.84±0.07)%;检测出太平洋纺锤水蚤共含21种脂肪酸,投喂三角褐指藻后太平洋纺锤水蚤的DHA和EPA干重含量之和最高(28.00%),其次为投喂小球藻(21.51%),均高于对照组(9.77%),而对照组干重(9.77%)也仍高于强化后轮虫DHA和EPA干重含量(0.8%)和强化后卤虫DHA和EPA干重含量(8.40%)。通过本实验发现,自然状态下的太平洋纺锤水蚤DHA和EPA含量较高,营养价值高,而投喂后三角褐指藻后太平洋纺锤水蚤营养价值明显增加,表明人工培养条件下太平洋纺锤水蚤具有作为水产经济动物活体开口饵料的潜在开发价值。  相似文献

试验选用日产奶量相近、泌乳60 ̄100d、平均体重650±10kg、3 ̄5胎的中国荷斯坦奶牛76头,应用营养模型对日粮蛋白质利用效率进行分析,探讨限制IDCP利用率的因素。结果表明:①日粮RDP的利用效率67.7%;NY/T34-2004与NRC(2001)估测的IDCP分别为2338.1与2505.4.8g/(头·d),差异较大的重要原因是,NY/T34-2004是假定所有原料的RUP的消化系数为0.65。这一假定值不适合选用RUP消化率高的原料配合的高产奶牛日粮;②依据NRC(2001)的营养需要模型,试牛IDCP的需要量为2143.8g/(头·d),而日粮供给的IDCP为2505.4g/(头·d),IDCP利用效率只有85.6%。选用乳蛋白质中EAA含量作参照,利用理想蛋白质理论,进一步对IDCP中EAA与蛋氨酸含量分析显示,两者降低了IDCP利用效率的12.3%。结果提示,对成年泌乳牛,适宜的IDCP中EAA含量应接近乳蛋白质中EAA含量。  相似文献

日粮纤维水平对猪营养物质表观消化率的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为了测定日粮不同纤维水平和品种对猪营养成分表观消化率的影响,试验选用8头4月龄猪,采用4×4拉丁方设计进行试验。4种试验日粮按等能等氮设计,日粮Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ粗纤维水平分别为3%、6%、9%和12%(干物质基础),4个品种分别为莱芜猪(100%)、大莱猪(50%)、大大莱猪(25%)、大约克猪(0%)。在本试验条件下,日粮纤维在较低的范围内(3%~6%)粗蛋白质(CP)消化率随粗纤维含量的增加而提高,赖氨酸、蛋氨酸表观消化率差异不显著,CP在粗纤维含量6%时,消化率最高达到86.90%。不同品种猪对干物质、Ca、P的消化率影响极显著(P<0.01),但莱芜猪和大约克猪对干物质、CP消化率的影响差异不显著,莱芜猪对NDF的消化率为51.44%,大约克猪为43.51%,两者之间差异极显著(P<0.01)。NDF和ADF的表观消化率随猪血统中莱芜猪血比例的降低而显著降低,NDF在小肠中已得到有效的分解,本试验结果证实莱芜黑猪具有耐粗饲的特性。不同品种猪对必需氨基酸(EAA)的表观消化率除赖氨酸、苏氨酸、异亮氨酸外影响均不显著。  相似文献

This study was aimed to explore the effects of duodenal infusions of essential amino acid (EAA) on nitrogen balance and plasma urea nitrogen (PUN) of growing-finishing lambs.Five Kazakh male lambs with (29.40±1.76) kg body weights and 4 months old were chosen,fitted with duodenal cannulae and raised in metabolic cage individually. The 5×5 Latin square design was used in this experiment and 7 d for per period. The duodenal infusions in control group contained no EAA,that in 8EAA group contained 8 kinds of EAA,while that in -Arg,-Lys and -Met groups were contained 8 kinds of EAA without Arg,Lys and Met,respectively. The results showed that the fecal N excretion in 8EAA group was no significant difference compared with control group (P>0.05),while the urinary N,N retention,N apparent digestibility and PUN concentration were significantly increased (P<0.05).Compared with 8EAA group,the N retention in -Arg,-Lys and -Met groups were significantly decreased by 30.62%,11.56% and 12.99% (P<0.05),and the daily gain were decreased by 13.89%,7.78% and 6.58% (P>0.05),respectively. PUN concentration was increased in response to the removement of Met,Arg and Lys. In conclusion,Arg,Met and Lys had restricted effect to Kazakh lamb in actual fattening conditions.  相似文献

试验旨在探究实际饲养条件下由十二指肠瘘管灌注不同必需氨基酸溶液对哈萨克羊羔羊氮平衡及血浆尿素氮(plasma urea nitrogen,PUN)的影响。选取5只体况良好、4月龄、体重为(29.40±1.76) kg的哈萨克羊公羔羊,安装永久性十二指肠近端瘘管,代谢笼内单笼饲养。采用5×5拉丁方设计,即不含氨基酸组(对照组)、包含8种必需氨基酸的全灌注组(8EAA)、剔除赖氨酸组(-Lys)、剔除精氨酸组(-Arg)及剔除蛋氨酸组(-Met),处理组采用随机过程进行分配,每期7 d。结果显示,与对照组相比,8EAA组粪氮排出量差异不显著(P>0.05),而尿氮、氮表观消化率、氮沉积和PUN浓度都显著升高(P<0.05)。与8EAA相比,-Arg、-Met、-Lys组氮沉积均显著降低(P<0.05),分别降低30.62%、11.56%、12.99%,日增重分别下降13.89%、7.78%、6.58%,但差异不显著(P>0.05),PUN浓度也有升高的趋势。结果表明,实际育肥条件下Arg、Met、Lys对哈萨克育肥羔羊有限制性作用。  相似文献

Selected Lactobacillus plantarum DSM 32248 and Lactobacillus rossiae DSM 32249, isolated and identified from wheat germ, were used to ferment a milling by-products mixture. Lactic acid bacteria metabolisms improved the functional properties of wheat bran and germ, which are considered important sources of functional compounds. Wheat breads were manufactured using 15% (w/w) of fermented (and unfermented) milling by-products, and compared to baker’s yeast wheat bread manufactured without the addition of milling by-products. The use of the fermented ingredient improved the biochemical, functional, nutritional, textural, and sensory features of wheat bread, showing better performances compared to the solely use of wheat flour. Protein digestibility, nutritional indexes, and the rate of starch hydrolysis markedly improved using fermented milling by-products as ingredient. Enriched bread was also characterized by high content of dietary fibre and low glycaemic index determined in vivo.This study exploited the potential of fermented milling by products as functional ingredient. According to the Regulations the bread made under this study conditions can be defined as “high fibre content” and “low glycaemic index”. A number of advantages encouraged the manufacture of novel and healthy and functional leavened baked goods.  相似文献

A feeding trial was conducted to investigate the effects of different dietary amino acid patterns on growth performance, feed utilization and body composition of juvenile Nibea japonica. Four semi‐purified diets were formulated to simulate the dietary amino acid profiles of juvenile giant croaker whole body protein (GCP), Peru fishmeal protein (PFP), red sea bream eggs protein (REP) and soybean meal protein (SMP) by supplementing with pre‐coated crystalline amino acids (CAA). A control diet contained only intact protein sources provided by the fishmeal and casein (2:1). Each experimental diet was fed to satiated triplicate groups of juveniles (10.73 ± 0.07 g) twice a day for 8 weeks. The highest weight gain (WG) was observed in the juveniles fed the control diet, whereas no significant differences were found between the juveniles fed the GCP and control diets. Fish fed the control, GCP, PFP and SMP diets did not exhibit any significant difference in protein efficiency ratio (PER), feed conversion (FCR) or nitrogen (N) retention. The results of this study suggest that the amino acid (AA) patterns of juvenile whole body protein could be used as a guideline in the formulation of dry diets, which also confirms that the juvenile giant croaker is able to utilize high amounts (20%) of CAA in coated form for growth.  相似文献

Compounds contained in potato tubers that may act as antioxidants have been attracting increased attention. The main antioxidants in potatoes are polyphenolic compounds. The total polyphenolic (TP) content and antioxidant activity (AA) in potato tubers of four yellow-fleshed cultivars and two purple-fleshed cultivars from the 2004 harvest were tested. The total polyphenolic content was determined using the Folin-Ciocalteau reagent (FC) and the antioxidant activity, with the DPPH method using stable free radical 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH·). Significant differences were found in total polyphenolic content between the yellow-fleshed cultivars Karin, Impala, Ditta, and Saturna. Significant differences between yellow and purple-fleshed potatoes were found: the yellow-fleshed cultivars had an average of 2.96 g gallic acid equivalents (GAE) per kg DM, the purple-fleshed cultivars 4.68 g GAE per kg DM. Significant differences in AA between the yellow and purple-fleshed cultivars were determined (yellow-fleshed in an average of 139.3 mg equivalents of ascorbic acid [EAA] per kg DM, purple-fleshed 332.3 mg EAA per kg DM) as well as between the purple-fleshed cultivars Valfi (298 mg EAA per kg DM) and Violette (366 mg EAA per kg DM). The major antioxidants in purple-fleshed cultivars were anthocyanidins petunidin (Valfi 92%rel) and malvidin (Violette 85%rel). Cv. Violette contained three times higher content of anthocyanidins than cv. Valfi. Among four experimental localities, the higher situated potato-growing region of Stachy (locality with the lowest average annual and daily minimum temperatures and the highest sum of precipitation in the vegetative period) differed significantly from other localities by a higher TP content, AA and yield in the analyzed cultivars. A high positive correlation between antioxidant activity and total polyphenolic content with R = 0.8648, R2 = 0.7478 (P = 0.0001) was found.  相似文献

本研究分析了不同盐度环境下三疣梭子蟹(Portunus trituberculatus)鳃组织中游离氨基酸(FAAs)的含量及浓度变化规律,明确 FAAs 的组成及其在盐度适应中发挥的功能。结果显示,在正常海水中,三疣梭子蟹鳃组织中牛磺酸(Tau)的浓度最高(2.54 mg/g),其次分别为丙氨酸(Ala,0.65 mg/g)、谷氨酸(Glu,0.64 mg/g)、精氨酸(Arg,0.58 mg/g)、甘氨酸(Gly,0.48 mg/g)和脯氨酸(Pro,0.25 mg/g);在盐度10–50范围内,梭子蟹鳃中总游离氨基酸(TOFAA)的含量随盐度的增加而显著升高(P<0.05),盐度50时,TOFAA 的含量为盐度10时的1.48倍。进一步分析发现,非必需氨基酸(NEAA)(Gly、Glu、Ala 和 Pro)的浓度随盐度的升高而上升,而必需氨基酸(EAA)的浓度变化不显著(P>0.05)。研究表明,FAAs 在三疣梭子蟹盐度适应中具有重要功能,其中发挥渗透调节功能的主要为 NEAA。  相似文献
