小麦抗源材料HPL60469对CY32的抗性遗传分析

分析了HPL60469×辉县红的F2、F2抗病单株自交的F3株系及F1与辉县红的回交后代群体对条中32小种(CY32)的抗性反应,F2群体的抗感分离比例符合3:1,F3株系中抗性分离和不分离的株系比例符合2:1:回交后代群体的抗感分离比例符合1:1.试验证明,HPL60469对条中32小种的抗性由1对显性基因控制的.以HPL60469为母本分别与已知携带抗病基因Yr126的小麦材料92R137、贵农21杂交,获得F1和F2群体.两个F1群体中的所有单株均对条中32小种表现免疫;两个F2群体对条中32小种的抗感分离均符合15:1.说明HPL60469与92R137和贵农21含有不同的抗病基因,即HPL60469的抗病基因不是Yr26/Yr124.结合HPL60469的系谱分析证明,HPL60469含有1对新的抗CY32的显性基因.

高压装饰板具有优异的表面装饰效果和理化性能,在高质量发展的背景下有望破解内销不畅的困局。文中阐述了我国高压装饰板生产工艺、原材料、生产装备、技术创新和产品标准的现状,分析了高压装饰板产品质量的影响因素,提出了促进我国高压装饰板产业高质量发展的建议,旨在进一步推动我国高压装饰板的应用和发展。     

Determination of Six Synthetic Pigments in Compound Wine by HPLC

The aim of this work was to establish a method that the 6 synthetic pigments in compound wine were determined by HPLC.The synthetic pigments in the compound wines were extracted by liquid-liquid extraction, separated by C_(18) symmetry chromatographic column, with 0.02 mol/L ammonium acetate and methanol as the mobile phase with gradient elution, the sample was detected by diode array detector.The test results showed that the artificial synthetic pigment in 0.20-20 μg/L range of concentration had a good linear relationship(r0.999 2), the detection limits were 0.000 16-0.001 04 g/kg, the recovery rates were 82.0%-97.0%, the relative standard deviation were 0.7%-3.5%. The method was simple, rapid, high sensitivity, good separation effect and can be widely used in the daily inspection work.     

九里香、柚花瓣HPL基因保守序列的克隆与分析

根据GenBank中登录的一些植物的脂氢过氧化物裂解酶基因的保守序列设计引物,采用RT-PCR技术从芸香科的2种植物(九里香、柚)的花瓣中扩增出该基因的cDNA片段。测序表明,片段大小为512bp。2个片段均包含HPL基因的4个活性中心,并且同源性很高。     

Isolation of a novel catechin from Bergenia rhizomes that has pronounced lipase-inhibiting and antioxidative properties

An aqueous ethanol extract of Bergenia crassifolia rhizomes strongly inhibited human pancreatic lipase activity and increased scavenging of DPPH free radicals in vitro. Chromatographic separation of this extract led to isolation of the hydrolysable tannins (+)-catechin 3,5-di-O-gallate () and (+)-catechin 3-O-gallate (). This is the first report of the isolation of compound 1 from plant material. This compound strongly inhibited human pancreatic lipase (with an IC₅₀ value of 0.42 μg/ml) and exhibited a remarkable free radical-scavenging ability (with an SC₅₀ value of 1.04 μg/ml). The chemical structures of 1 and 2 were elucidated using MS, NMR and chemical approaches.     

脂氢过氧化物裂解酶基因对生菜遗传转化的研究

枸橘(Ponarus trifoliata)是一类含植物气味成分较高的植物。从枸橘中分离气味物质合成的关键基因—脂氢过氧化物裂解酶(hydroperoxide lyase,HPL)基因,并构建35S启动子驱动下的表达载体,通过农杆菌介导的方法将其导入生菜中,经PCR和Southern杂交检测。结果显示:有数十个阳性植株,且经RT-PCR和Northern杂交鉴定HPL基因可在生菜中正常转录。     

改善热固性树脂装饰层压板阻燃性能的研究

为了改善热固性树脂装饰层压板(HPL)的阻燃性能,采用有机磷化合物作为阻燃剂,对HPL底层纸浸渍用酚醛树脂胶进行了改性处理,研究了阻燃剂类型和用量的影响.结果表明:有机磷化合物作为反应型阻燃剂的效果略好.作为添加型阻燃剂时,增加其用量能显著提高装饰板的阻燃性能;当用量大于7%时,装饰板的阻燃性能可达到极难燃级.
