Using polyaerylamide gel clectrophoresis. the zymogram pattern of esterase isozymes for R. tsukushiensis var. transiens. H. vulgare and their hybrid F_1 in young routs. young spikes and flag leaves was analysed. The results showed that the zymogram pattern of esterase isozymes displayed diversity in different organs of R. tsukushiensis var. transiens and H. vulgare. The zymogram activity and position of esterase isozyme of them at same organ showed significant differences. It suggested that the relationships between R. tsukushiensis var. transiens and H. vulgare were remote. The isozymic pattern of the hybrid F_1 mainly displayed complementary pattern of two parents and a tendency to the maternal type. 相似文献
