植物保健剂绿益康对欧鳗生长与血清指标的影响

以欧鳗为试材,以饲料添加黄霉素20 mg/kg为对照,研究了饲料中添加绿益康1‰、2‰和3‰对欧鳗血清干扰素、谷丙转氨酶和谷草转氨酶含量的影响,旨为探讨中草药植物保健剂绿益康的保健和调整代谢的作用机理。结果表明：中草药添加剂可调节欧鳗的新陈代谢和免疫功能,最佳添加量为2‰。     

中药药渣利用方法研究现状及高值化利用思考

随着中医行业发展和中医药制取技术的进步,中药渣的产生也与日俱增,现年产量已超过3500万吨。利用好中药渣资源不仅能保护环境,降低企业支出,还能创造额外的巨大经济效益。本文总结了中药渣在活性成分再提取、环境治理、作为饲料或饲料添加剂、作为有机肥料与栽培基质、作为轻工业生产原料等传统生态经济化利用现状,以及开发能源物质、膳食纤维产品、纳米纤维素类产品及复合材料等高值化利用现状,以期为中医药产业实现高质量发展提供参考。     

中药成分辛弗林对胶体金免疫层析法检测β-受体激动剂的影响

旨在探究陈皮、青皮、木瓜、厚朴、红景天等5种中药材提取液以及饲喂了陈皮和青皮的猪尿液胶体金免疫层析法检测结果呈阳性的原因。建立测定猪尿及中药提取物中辛弗林的LC-MS/MS检测方法,测定陈皮、青皮的提取物和饲喂陈皮、青皮后猪尿中的辛弗林浓度。用小鼠肝微粒体孵育CGIA检测呈阳性的陈皮、青皮、木瓜和厚朴4味中药提取物。饲喂陈皮和青皮后的猪尿液检出辛弗林,浓度分别为1.36和1.65 μg·mL^-1;在陈皮和青皮的提取复溶液中检出辛弗林,浓度分别为132.6和312.7 μg·mL^-1。厚朴和木瓜两种中药提取物经过肝微粒体孵育后,在2~5 h逐渐由CGIA检测阳性转为阴性,陈皮和青皮孵育后,0~6 h的结果均为CGIA检测阳性;阴性中药组CGIA检测均呈阴性,而添加辛弗林的阳性对照组0~6 h CGIA检测均呈阳性。猪较大剂量使用陈皮和青皮会引起猪尿β-受体激动剂CGIA检测出现假阳性,该假阳性现象跟中药成分辛弗林有关,体外试验中辛弗林不易被小鼠肝微粒体代谢。

Antioxidant,anti-amylase and anti-glycation potential of brans of some Sri Lankan traditional and improved rice (Oryza sativa L.) varieties

Brans of 23 traditional and 12 improved (both red and white) rice varieties in Sri Lanka were screened for anti-amylase and anti-glycation activities in vitro. Varieties which showed the highest inhibitory activities at screening were further investigated for anti-glucosidase and glycation reversing as anti-diabetic properties. The same varieties were studied for selected antioxidant properties. Significantly high anti-amylase and anti-glycation activities were observed for bran extracts of red varieties compared to white varieties at screening. Traditional red rice varieties, Masuran, Sudu Heeneti, Dik Wee and Goda Heeneti, exhibited significant and dose dependent anti-amylase, anti-glycation and glycation reversing activities. These varieties also showed marked antioxidant properties. It is concluded that brans of Sri Lankan traditional red rice varieties Masuran, Sudu Heeneti, Dik Wee and Goda Heeneti may be potential food supplements for diabetes.     

Some Ideas on Reconstruction of Villages inside the City

In this paper, the historical reasons of formation of the village inside the city are analyzed. It is indicated that such situation for the villages inside the city are the result of joint action of both the villagers and the government. The foundation of villages inside the city laid on the simple compensation for farmers in confiscating the rural land and lack of intelligence aids. In this paper, the ideas and measures for their reconstruction are put forward based on consideration of the reasons of their formation and difficulties in the reconstruction.     

Lighting Design of Chinese Traditional Buildings and Application of New Type of Little Power LED

This paper is a part of the research on the lighting techniques of the traditional Chinese buildings in Summer Palace,Beijing,which is a sub-project of the Municipal Research Project on the Correlative Techniques for Beijing's Sustainable Development(Y0604017040391).The work,which the authors took part in,on the most representative Chinese traditional buildings in Summer Palace,is taken as a case study on lighting design and lab simulated experiments and checked by practical result,illustrating a working frame for other similar lighting design works.
