农业土地规模经营的理论探讨

实现农业土地规模经营,有利于生产力有效运转并取得最佳的规模效益。其适度性受各种因素的影响,具有区域性和动态性。规模经营与劳动生产率有着密切的关系,应该在确保提高土地生产率的基础上来提高劳动生产和土地规模经营的效益。土地适当集中、土地经营主体的总人数尽量精简和劳动组合的优化是优化土地经营规模的三个相互制约的因素。要采取积极的措施逐步实现土地的规模经营。对现有土地经营形式要做具体分析,其调整应从有利于生产力发展出发,在尊重群众意愿的基础上稳步进行。     

基于PID神经网络的滑翔增程制导炮弹解耦控制系统设计

采用Wiener空间的两个算子以及相关的恒等式，提出了新的方法证明了关于高斯过程函数的中心极限定理，并给出了该中心极限定理的应用实例.     

Wavelet Edge Detection Method Based-on Multi-scale Fuzzy Logic

A novel edge detection algorithm is proposed by implementing fuzzy image enhancement at different scales.The implement of this algorithm can reduce the negative influence bring from the non-maximum suppression algorithm which select only one threshold.The success of the approach depends on the selection of a general fuzzy operator(GFO) for the enhancement of contrast of region after smoothing of image at different scales.Consequently,it is more obvious that coarse intensity changes are obtained at a large scale whereas the fine details of intensity changes are obtained at a small scale.A pretty performance is obtained by used this work.     

Improved Genetic Algorithm and Its Application in TSP

Crossover operator and mutation operator are basic operators of genetic algorithm , which play important roles in improving the quality of the solution populations. We propose the improved crossover operator , mutation operator and rotation operator on the basis of good point set with the traveling salesman problem , the experimental result shows these operators are very efficient.     

Stability Ishikawa Iteration Procdeure for Strongly Pseudocontractive Operator and Strongly Accretive Operator Equations

By virtue of some analysis techniques,it is proved that certain ishikawa iteration procdeure with errors are stable with respect to strongly pseudocontractive operators in real Banach space. A related result deals with stable iteration procedures for solution of the nonlinear equation of strongly accretive operators. The results presented extend and improve the corresponding by Osilike,Zeng, Chidume, Deng, Liu,et al.     

半序空间中具有算子压缩条件的不动点定理

用有界线性算子代替压缩常数,在序Banach空间中引入了几种压缩型映射,并证明了相应的不动点定理．     

基于多结构鲁棒估计的虹膜外边缘定位方法

在Adaboost检测人脸区域的基础上,提出了基于多结构鲁棒估计的虹膜外边缘定位方法．通过对200幅单人脸的图像数据集的仿真实验,结果表明,本方法相比于传统的RANSAC模型生成算法以及Hough变换等方法,能得到更精确的定位结果,而且能加快有效的模型生成,虹膜外边缘定位精度达到94％．     

棉花采摘机器人红外测距技术研究

为定位棉株上的棉花,用红外测距实验装置和计算机图像处理技术结合棉花的农学生长特性测量单朵棉花的距离。在0.7~1.6 m的距离区间内建立红外测距模型,获取了棉株表面点云的距离图像,测量精度达0.0085 m。以0.65为标准差设计高斯滤波器的尺寸,用1-D高斯滤波器平滑棉株图像,用2-D高斯滤波器求取其梯度图像,以0.2 m、0.08 m为强、弱阈值,基于Canny边缘检测算子构建闭环边缘,结合形态学运算提取棉花区域,去除棉枝。用峰点滤波器削弱棉花图像中的粘连重叠现象,基于分水岭算法提取单朵棉花并求取其距离。结果表明,单朵棉花的图像识别率达91.3%,红外与人工测距结果的相关系数为0.992 2,为采摘机器人运动轨迹的规划提供了参数。
