武汉市桔梗科一物种新记录——卵叶异檐花

报道了武汉市外来入侵植物新记录一种,为桔梗科Campanulaceae异檐花属Triodanis卵叶异檐花Triodanis perfoliata subsp.biflora(Ruiz et Pavon)Lammers。卵叶异檐花原产于美洲,在武汉地区是首次发现,凭证标本保存于长江文明馆(武汉自然博物馆)。     

MENSURATION OF THE NORMAL PITUITARY GLAND FROM MAGNETIC RESONANCE IMAGES IN 96 DOGS

The pituitary gland was measured from transverse magnetic resonance T1-weighted images after Gadolinium administration in 96 dogs weighing from 13 to 45 kg. The measurements were done by hand with calipers. The mean (+/- standard deviation) pituitary gland height was 5.1 mm (+/-0.9 mm). The mean width was 6.4 mm (+/- 1.1 mm). The correlation coefficient between pituitary and brain measurements, between pituitary measurement and body weight, and brain measurements and body weight was 0.0 to 0.3. A hyperintense region was present on T1-weighted images in the center of the pituitary gland in 64% of the dogs. At necropsy the pituitary glands were grossly and histologically normal. No pituitary gland measurements were performed at necropsy.

造林新材料在岱山海岛造林中的应用

通过3种造林新材料在岱山海岛造林中的应用,观测它们对提高造林成活率的影响.结果表明:3种造林新材料对提高夹竹桃Nerium indicum造林成活率基本没有影响,科瀚98对枫香Liquidambar formosana和银杏Ginkgo biloba造林成活率影响较小.植树宝、科瀚98和GGR可显著提高女贞Ligustrum lucidum,重阳木Bischofia javanica,香樟Cinnamomum camphora和木荷Schima superba的造林成活率.图1表1参6     

中国平背树螽属两新种(直翅目:螽斯科:树螽亚科)

描述了平背树螽属2新种,定名为双刺平背树螽(Isopsera bicuspidota Yang etKang)和广西平背树螽(I.guangziensis Yang et Kang)。

高校图书馆消防安全系统的新木桶模型

从历次惨痛的图书馆火灾事故中,探究图书馆火灾发生的原因。在此基础上,引入新木桶理论,探索建立适合图书馆消防安全的安全木桶模型,从安全系统的人、物、环境这3个安全指标,人力、技术、财力的保障,安全管理和安全责任几个方面讨论了安全木桶的适用性,并针对所在图书馆的安全系统提出了相应的建议。     

THE NON-CARDIAC DISTRIBUTION OF 99mTC-METHOXY-ISOBUTYL-ISONITRILE (SESTAMIBI) IN NORMAL BEAGLES

Technetium-99m methoxy-isobutyl-isonitrile (sestamibi) is a radiophartnaceutical used for the evaluation of myocardial perfusion. Increased uptake of sestamibi has also been documented in tumors. The objective of this study was to document the extracardiac biodistribution of ^99mTc sestamibi in the normal dog. Nine normal beagles were given 0.35 mCi/kg ^99mTc sestamibi intravenously, and 60 second images were made of the entire body at 1 hour post injection. A defined distribution pattern was recognized, with good visualization of the heart, liver, gallbladder, small intestine, kidneys, urinary bladder, popliteal lymph nodes, parotid salivary glands and zygomatic salivary glands. Splenic uptake was not seen.
Target to background ratios were calculated for all the regions listed, using background regions-of-interest with the smallest coefficient of variance for the denominator. The mean, range and standard deviation of these ratios are given.     

Contributions to the leafminer fauna (Diptera: Agromyzidae) from Turkey, with four new records

In a study carried out during 2002 and 2004 in Diyarbakıir and Mardin provinces, southeast Turkey, specimens were collected twice a month from cultivated and non-cultivated plants. Sixteen leafminer (Diptera: Agromyzidae) species were identified. Among them,Agromyza abiens Zetterstedt, 1848;Napomyza elegans (Meigen, 1830);Phytoliriomyza dorsata (Siebke, 1864); andPhytomyza aquilonia Frey, 1964 are new records for the Turkish leafminer http://www.phytoparasitica.org posting July 24, 2005.
