基于DEA的农业机械上市公司经营绩效分析

运用数据包络分析法的C2R模型对2003～2005年农机上市公司的综合效率进行分析、对比、研究,发现我国农业机械上市公司平均效率较低,且公司间效率值差距显著;不同年份之间,部分公司效率值波动较大;效率值与各子行业经营方向有关,零部件制造企业的经营效率明显优于整装设备制造企业。     

Crunoecia irrorata (Curtis) (Trichoptera: Lepidostomatidae) and conservation of boreal springs: indications of clustering of red‐listed species

• 1. Crunoecia irrorata is widely dispersed across Europe, but rare and red‐listed in Finland. Its geographical range comprises most of the southern boreal zone in Fennoscandia. The species is confined to springs in the north, but occurs also in lower reaches of headwater streams in central and western Europe. It becomes more rare and less abundant towards the limits of its range across Europe, showing diffusive rarity. Glacial history and climate limit the distribution of the species in the north.
• 2. The most important habitat characteristic for C. irrorata in Finland was the total area of helocrene habitats. Its occurrence was positively related to taxon richness of benthic macroinvertebrates, but not bryophytes. Co‐occurrence of C. irrorata with other red‐listed spring‐dependent taxa was observed, indicating high conservation value of the springs occupied.
• 3. Crunoecia irrorata occurred frequently in moderately disturbed springs, indicating tolerance to human disturbance around springs. However, the effect of the disturbance on population size is not known. Forestry and water and gravel extraction are potential threats to C. irrorata, and only a few of its populations are strictly protected. Therefore, populations of C. irrorata in the boreal zone should be conserved and monitored to ensure the species' survival at the northern limits of its range.

我国农业上市公司股权结构实证分析

研究股权结构有助于了解我国上市公司的资本来源状况、收益权和支配权。文中借助分析指标，从股权集中度、股权集中程度、最大股东优势指数及各种股本比例等方面，对农业上市公司的股权结构进行了分析，明确了农业上市公司股权结构的现状与问题，并提出了解决问题的对策。     

非洲猪瘟疫情对生猪产业链上市公司市场价值的影响研究

[目的] 研究旨在应用实证方法分析非洲猪瘟疫情对生猪产业链上市公司市场价值造成的影响,进而得出疫情对生猪产业链上养殖、屠宰、加工、消费等环节利益相关者收益的影响。[方法]采用事件研究法,选取涉及生猪产业链上市公司,按主营业务统计为肉制品加工、养殖、饲料和兽药4种类型的32家相关上市公司,通过设计指标对生猪产业链上市公司股票异常收益率波动进行计算和检验。[结果]研究结果表明：非洲猪瘟疫情事件对生猪养殖行业的影响最大;对兽药行业的影响周期最长;肉制品加工行业的影响程度和周期仅次于兽药行业,对饲料行业的影响最小。[结论] “非洲猪瘟”事件对猪产业链上的饲料、养殖、肉制品加工、兽药类上市公司市场价值存在显著的负面影响。     

农业上市公司成长性影响因素研究述评

从企业成长性的概念出发,综述了国内外企业成长的理论研究;特别从中国农业上市公司的特点及其历年来的成长性研究方法着手,对影响企业成长性的企业规模、学习能力、财务因素、行业因素和国家宏观调控及政策等因素进行了梳理。分析现有农业上市公司成长性研究方法存在的问题,并提出了建议,以期为农业上市公司的健康稳定成长提供经验和借鉴。     

我国上市公司融资结构与优化对策

现代资本结构理论揭示了企业的最优融资顺序为:内部融资——债权融资——股权融资,而我国上市公司的融资行为与现代企业资本结构理论并不一致,表现出较强的股权偏好现象。本文对这种现状的原因进行了分析,并针对这种不合理融资结构所带来的弊端提出了相关建议。     

基于多层次多目标模糊优选模型的林业上市公司资本结构评价研究

企业的资本结构通过资本成本、盈利能力、偿债能力和风险水平等多方面影响企业的经营水平和企业价值.在已有的国内外有关上市公司资本结构评价因素的基础上,该研究总结了资本结构影响公司经营水平的4个因素,并选择了8个与资本结构效果相关的指标,通过建立多层次多目标模糊优选模型,对20家林业上市公司2013年的资本结构现状进行了实证研究.结果显示,公司000910的资本结构最为合理,资本成本、盈利能力、偿债能力和风险水平情况最好的公司分别为000820、000910、002043、002078.林业上市公司要根据内部外环境动态的调整资本结构,充分发挥财务杠杆作用.     

Analysis on the Ownership Structures of American Listed Companies and Its Enlightenments

The authors investigate the ownership structures about American stock corporations and think that the successful experiences based on institutional arrangements for the ownership structures of American listed companies and the way to carry out ownership authorities will give some following enlightenments for Chinese stock companies to perfect their ownership structures:Let all kinds of equity ownerships tradable completely,some ownership diffused or concentrated should be determined by market.To decentralize and transform the state-owned ownership through in the competitive industries,and the ownerships should be mainly holded among legal investors,strategic investors, individuals,employees,managers,foreign investors. The following results are realized to develop perfect law and regulate systems with the function enhancing fair competition and make ownership structure,corporate governance mechanism,all markets,corporate performance interact profitably.     

湖南省上市公司资本结构状态研究

以湖南省的上市公司为整体,对其资本结构及其变化特点进行了研究,结果表明,从1995年到2001年期间,其资产负债率呈下降趋势,而且下降的幅度超过全国平均水平,而从实证研究的结果看,湖南省上市公司资本结构与其盈利性之间不存在显著关系。
