将农民工纳入城市住房保障体系的几点思考

逐步将农民工纳入城镇住房保障体系中,是城镇化进程的必然趋势,也是全面贯彻落实科学发展观,构建和谐社会的必然要求。但应充分考虑到农民工自身的特点和各地的实际情况,要科学纳入而不应盲目扩容;同时还应着力研究进城定居农民工享受城市住房政策和农村宅基地政策的衔接,统筹城乡资源。     

贵州麻阳河公路沿线兴建住房对黑叶猴的影响

2010年7月至2011年8月,采用走访调查法对大河坝、五道拐、老鹰岩、香菇坝一带公路沿线住宅数量动态及寨民向公路沿线迁居意向进行了调查,采用实地调查法对3群黑叶猴Trachypithecus francoisiXGB1,XGB1,LYY1通过公路的现状进行全天跟踪观察,并采用全事件记录法记录了XGBl对新环境的适应对策。调查表明：公路沿线已建成47个住房,其数量约为5年翻一番,90．16％村民渴望迁居,9．84％反对;猴群通过公路的成功率为74．77％,因住户活动干扰失败率为25．23％,其迁移路线距民房的平均垂直距离L1约为（20．00±2．16）m（n=7）～（23．10±2．69）m（n=10）。分析认为：黑叶猴群可能挑选不小于牡．建筑物间隔距离通过。有鉴于此,提出了几点应对措施。     

哈尔滨农民回迁居住区户外景观设计模式初探

回迁居住区是城市化推进的产物之一。回迁居民在这里的生活模式和物质环境都与其本来状态存在许多矛盾与冲突,使得回迁者常出现“回而不适”现象,对农民生活、心理产生极大负面影响。文章以哈尔滨市城郊失地失宅农民为研究对象,通过对哈尔滨市现有回迁居住区进行实地调研,总结出农民回迁者审美的特异性和行为活动需求及农民回迁居住区户外空间环境存在的主要问题,最后提出满足于哈尔滨失地失宅农民审美情趣及行为需求的农民回迁居住区户外空间设计策略,让农民回迁者有一定的家园感与归属感。     

基于有限元方法的载货汽车驱动桥壳分析

对载货汽车驱动桥壳进行了强度计算和有限元模拟分析,得出了零件的应力和变形分布,验证了设计的合理性,为汽车驱动桥的强度评价及疲劳寿命估算提供了相关数据。     

Strategic Approaches for Implementing International Cooperation in Industrialised Housing in Chongqing

The paper deals with the concept of housing industrialisation, the importance of promoting industrialised housing in Chongqing. It analyses the current condition and the possible implementation approaches for developing industrialised housing in Chongqing. It addresses the aim, objectives, suggested organisation structure and the rules and responsibilities of each party in this project. The paper also mentions the importance for international cooperation and what overseas participants can offer for this project.     

Research on Mortgage-backed Securitization

Mortgage-backed securitization, as a main factor in perfecting the mortgage system, becomes increasingly important in development of housing industry modernization in China. In this paper, the necessity and feasibility of mortgage-backed securitization are analyzed and the operation on mortgage-backed securitization is discussed. Some suggestions are presented to solve the possible problems in the process of mortgage-backed securitization.     

Asset- backed Securization--a New Way to the Solution of Finance Problem in Real Estate

In recent 30 years, the asset-backed securization is one of the most important innovations in the international finance field. It promotes the quick development of the capital market. At present, on the one hand most of the Chinese real estate development companies are lack of financial support, on the other hand, the inland commercial banks are facing great potential finance risk. In this paper, how to get rid of the current contrary situation by the financing mode of asset-backed securization is discussed.     

关于中国农村宅基地使用权流转问题的探讨

农村宅基地使用权流转问题是我国土地管理中的热点和难点。笔者以农村宅基地为研究对象,对宅基地使用权流转进行了探讨。文章阐述了农村宅基地使用权流转现状和存在的问题,并分析其产生问题的原因,最后提出了完善宅基地使用权流转的一些建议,以期宅基地流转逐渐走向制度化、规范化和法制化。     

Free-range system and supplementation of 25-hydroxicholecalciferol increases the performance and serum vitamin levels in mixed-parity sows

Improvements in sow productivity have raised questions regarding dietary vitamin D recommendations. The present study aimed to evaluate the effects of the housing system with access to sunlight exposure and supplementation of 25-hydroxicholecalciferol on performance and serum levels of 25(OH)D₃ in sows during gestation and lactation. Sows were distributed in an experimental design with two housing systems: gestation crates or gestation free-range system with external area for sunlight exposure; and two diets: 0 or 50 μg of 25-hydroxicholecalciferol kg⁻¹. The use of 25-hydroxicholecalciferol tended (P = 0.052) to improve total born and influenced (P = 0.046) on number of born alive. Litter weight at birth was also increased (P = 0.01) by 25-hydroxicholecalciferol supplementation; 25-hydroxicholecalciferol supplementation and housing system (free-range with sunlight exposure) tended to increase weaning weight (P = 0.07) and litter daily gain (P = 0.051) during lactation. Exposure to sunlight and 25-hydroxicholecalciferol supplementation increased 25(OH)D₃ serum levels when compared with control treatment during gestation (136.95 vs. 113.92 ng mL⁻¹; P = 0.035) and lactation (120.29 vs. 88.93 ng mL⁻¹; P = 0.026). In conclusion, the association of 25-hydroxicholecalciferol supplementation with exposure to sunlight during gestation improved significantly 25(OH)D₃ serum levels and consequently performance traits in gestation and lactation.
