中国传统民本思想及其现实意义

民本思想是中国古代治国的基本指导思想，在民和天、民和国、民和君的关系问题上，明确提出的“民为神主”、“民为邦本”、“民贵君轻”等朴素唯物主义观点，对于我党坚持群众路线，加强自身建设，加快社会主义民主政治建设具有重要的现实意义。     

动物生理学实验教学单独设课之重要性

在高校的动物生理学教学中,实验教学是其中的一个重要组成部分。作为课堂教学的重要辅助和补充,动物生理实验教学效果对课堂教学具有极大的驱动作用。为突出动物生理实验教学的重要性,对动物生理学实验施行单独设课,这是考查理论教学效果、促进实验课教学质量的一种重要措施。     

Using indicators to assess the environmental impacts of wine growing activity: The INDIGO® method

Environmental assessment methods are needed by agronomists working on the enhancement of cropping systems to meet the demand for more sustainable farming practices. A growing number of operational methods based on a set of indicators have been designed, more for arable crops and livestock than for perennial crops like viticulture. Among them, the INDIGO^® method, originally developed for arable crops, offers a compromise between feasibility and predictive quality. Here we present a modified and expanded version of INDIGO^® for viticulture. The development of new indicators specific to viticulture and the adaptation of existing ones followed a five step approach: (i) preliminary definition of the objectives and identification of the end-users, (ii) construction of the indicator, (iii) selection of a reference value, (iv) sensitivity analysis and (v) validation. Stakeholders from professional institutions and winegrower organizations were closely associated with step (i) to define the framework and step (ii) to supply technical databases. We designed INDIGO^® indicators with all available scientific and expert knowledge which was aggregated into expert systems associating fuzzy subsets or, when possible, quantitative equations.Four indicators; pesticides, nitrogen, energy and soil organic matter, were directly adapted from the initial INDIGO^® method, whereas soil cover and frost protection management were new indicators. Potentialities of their use are highlighted by examples of implementation on different scales and for various purposes.     

干旱矿区不同干扰强度下土壤种子库特征

土壤种子库是矿区植被恢复的重要因素,其特征在一定程度上反映了区域的植被恢复潜力。本研究通过样地调查和室内萌发法对乌海新星煤矿区3种不同干扰条件下的土壤种子库及与其地表植被之间的关系进行分析。结果表明:1)新星矿区土壤种子库共有18种植物,隶属于7科16属,物种生活型以多年生草本植物为主;2)新星矿区土壤种子库平均储量较小(226.51~739.17粒·m^?2),并且随着土层深度增加而呈递减趋势,其90%以上的种子储藏在0?10 cm的表层土壤;3)研究区土壤种子库植物与地上植被的共有物种数少,土壤种子库与地上植被的植物群落相似性较低;4)随着干扰强度的增大,种子库的植被恢复潜力呈现先增大后减少的趋势:道路周边受到中度干扰的自然植被区朝着有利的方向发展,而采矿周边受重度干扰的自然植被区会受到较大负面影响,其多样性以及与其他分区植物群落的相似性较小,种子密度显著降低(P<0.05)。     

AN APPRONTMATE CALCULATING METHOD FOR WALL PLATES OF MAN'' S DRY GAS HOLDERS

The basic equations of wall plates of MAN' S dry gas holders are derived in this paper. According to the law of cylindrical bending given by the finite element results .we derive some approximate formula calculating the deflection and stresses of the wall plates from the basic equations. Compared with the known approximate calculating method.the method car. obviously increase the percision.     

THE PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS FOR THE HYDRAULIC SERVO-SYSTEM OF HAULAGE PARTY FOR SGW-150 SHEARER WITH CONSTANT POWER SPEED GOVERING

The mechanization of mining thinnest coal seam is a key program in the 7th five-year plan in Sichaan province, It is sponsored by The Scientific and Technieal Commission of Sichuan province. In this paper, the dynamic performance for the hydraulie servo-system of haulage party for SGW-150 shearer with coustant-power speed governing is analysed. It shows that the system designed by us is stability and reasonable for SGW-150 shearer.     

Studies on the Oxidation of Weathered Coal with Nitric Acid

A raseach has been done on the possibility of producing nitriochumic acid fromweathered coal of Nantong,Sichuan,oxidised by nithic acid.The optimun reacting conditions,whichare found through the way of orthogonal experiment,are suggested as follows:concentration ofHON3 35%,rate of HON3 to coal 3.5,reacting take 15 min,and reaction temperature 369 K. Thecomposition of product is Wf 2. 91 %;Ag 14.06%;HAg 78.28%;Ng 1.62%.     

DEVELOPMENT AND EXPERIMENTAL ANALYSIS OF HYDRAULIC LOCK OF THE THINNEST COAL SEAM SHEARER

The structure and work theory of a new type of hydraulic lock of the thinnest coal seam shearer is described in this paper. Its performance tests have been done the test results show that the performance of hydraulic lock is satisfactory and can be fit for the needs of locking and floating of the cutting drum of the thinnest coal seam shearer     

煤与瓦斯突出综合预测指标临界值的优化

为了提高煤与瓦斯突出预测的准确性、保障采掘工作面的安全、高效推进和降低防突工程成本,根据“三率”(预测突出率、突出预测准确率、不突出预测准确率)各自具有的合理区间属性和权重,以张集煤矿采掘工作面为例,采用区间数关联决策方法,得出综合预测指标 F ′的最优化区间为［370,380］;根据加权灰靶决策方法,得出预测指标临界值排序为400、390、380等;取最优化区间和排序靠前的临界值的交集,得到煤与瓦斯突出综合预测指标 F ′的临界值为380,并开展现场应用。结果表明,考虑评价指标的区间属性,并取预测指标区间与排序靠前的临界值的交集作为煤与瓦斯突出预测综合指标 F ′的最优临界值方法是合理的。
