老年旅游市场开发研究

介绍了老年旅游的概念，分析了老年人的消费心理与老年旅游市场中存在的问题，并提出了开发老年旅游市场的策略。     

上海动物园游客保护教育需求及满意度调查

本研究利用问卷调查收集了上海动物园游客类型与特征、游园目的、游客游览时获得野生动物科普知识的途径、游客对现有科普活动的评价、对科普教育的需求、游客满意度、意见与建议等,并进行了研究。结果表明,大部分(66.02%)游客为本市居民和暂居本市的中青年。近9成(89.51%)游客携带孩子游览动物园,其中超过半数(52.34%)为父母与孩子共同出行。游客游园目的主要为观看动物、游玩娱乐和让孩子学习动物知识。观察动物和阅读动物科普说明牌是游客学习动物科普知识的主要途径。互动类和深度游类项目,是游客最愿意参加的活动类型。游客更希望园方从动物科普设施、饲养员讲解、志愿者讲解这3方面提升其教育功能。总体而言,游客对上海动物园感到满意,超过半数(53.81%)表示很满意。具体而言,动物说明牌的满意度最高,其次是路面状况和路标指示牌。基于研究结果,提出以下建议:提升科普活动的内涵和互动性;提升游园体验,延长游览时间;寻找迎合和引导的平衡;完善基础设施。     

基于修正RMP模式的旅游小镇主题策划——以云南省玉溪市高古楼文化旅游小镇为例

在对传统RMP模式进行客观分析的基础上,将竞争与合作变量纳入到分析框架中,提出了修正（扩展）的RMP模式,即RMCP模式。同时,结合云南省玉溪市高古楼文化旅游小镇的规划案例对RMCP模式的操作思路与方法进行了具体说明。     

Customer Service Satisfaction Evaluation System and Method Viewed From Supply Chain Management

Based on experience in customer service evaluation,through the analysis of many factors affecting customer satisfaction calculation estimate, customer service evaluation rules as well as customer-oriented and supply chain partner-oriented methods are developed and discussed from the view of supply chain, besides, we construct two sets of customer satisfaction evaluation systems, in which we perform non-dimensional analysis on evaluation system to form single factor evaluation matrix after using improved AHP to determine each factor item's weighting ,utilizing fuzzy decision theory to construct evaluation model for integrated estimate. This evaluation method is scientific, round and objective with more stability and convienience in practical use.     

Performance of agency-managed and farmer-managed irrigation systems: A comparative case study at Chitwan, Nepal

Management reforms are considered one of the best alternatives in increasing efficiency of the irrigation systems. Transfer of day-to-day operation and maintenance to farmers is not a new concept. However due to lags, even now it is a hot issue in developing countries and Nepal is not an exception. In this context of growing argument about the transfer of management of public irrigation systems to the Water Users' Group, this paper examines the comparative performance of farmer-managed and agency-managed irrigation systems. Khageri Irrigation System in the Chitwan district of Nepal was taken as the study site where complete management transfer has been done in 1996. The situations before and after complete transfer were compared. Intensive case studies of the selected farmers showed that equity in distribution of water and leakage had significantly improved after management transfer. Logit analysis revealed that age and education level of the household head, distance from main canal, leakage of the canal and equity in distribution are significantly related to the satisfaction level of the beneficiary farmers from FMIS compared to AMIS. However, landholding size of the respondent farmer has no significant effect. Similarly results from t-test revealed that rice productivity and overall profits from agriculture has also increased significantly due to irrigation management transfer.     

基于体验经济的乡村花卉旅游产品提升策略研究

旅游从诞生之初就具备了体验经济的属性,而创造独特的、难忘的、新奇的旅游体验,让旅游 者在旅行过程中获得多层次需求的满足成为旅游企业努力的方向。在体验经济时代背景下,针对乡 村花卉旅游市场,了解游客市场需求,发挥资源优势,转变运营思路,对原有的花卉旅游产品进行提升 和创新是目前值得思考研究的课题。根据模型提出乡村花卉旅游产品的提升策略,主要是针对存在 的问题提出相应的解决方案,结合理论给出系统的产品建议,同时也提出了政府、企业、乡村、人才培 养等方面保障建议以促进花卉旅游的可持续发展。     

新疆焉耆县农村人居环境整治情况及满意度分析

农村人居环境整治作为实施乡村振兴战略的重要抓手 ,是建设美丽乡村的关键环节。通过对焉耆县农村人居环境整治示范村整治情况的分析,发现村民对人居环境的总体满意度较高,但部分村庄基础设施仍存在短板,道路、亮化等基础设施还需要进一步规范,厕所、自来水等改建设施利用率有待提高,村民人居环境认知存在不足,主动参与家园建设的意识还不够强。
