土壤速效磷浓度对白三叶构型及能量分配的影响

土壤速效磷浓度对白三叶地上部的垂直分布影响显著。结果表明,白三叶构件密度、分枝密度、分枝角度及总能量均与土壤速效磷浓度呈极显著正相关,节间长度则与之呈极显著负相关。叶片和匍匐茎的能量与土壤速效磷浓度呈正比。花序的能量则随着有效磷浓度的增加而减少。茎能量分配随着有效磷浓度的增加呈铃形曲线型变化。     

基于Web的应用程序测试研究——以安徽省“新型农民培训民生工程”信息管理系统为例

随着现代社会的信息化发展,越来越多的基于Web的网络应用程序应运而生,对软件测试的需求也随之增加.该研究采用用户验收测试方法UAT指导和管理整个测试流程,使用QC、QTP、Load Runner这3个测试工具对Web系统的功能和性能进行测试,其中性能测试包括系统稳定性测试和数据库压力测试.测试结果表明,用户验收测试方法UAT能够高效地测试基于Web的网络应用程序.     

UASB反应器的快速启动

目前,UASB已是现代高效厌氧反应器中应用最广泛的反应器之一,但是由于厌氧系统的启动时间较长,严重影响了UASB工艺在污水处理中的应用。针对这一问题,综述了一些能使UASB快速启动的技术和研究,以期为UASB工艺的实际应用起到指导作用。     

A quick method of soil moisture determination

Abstract

The method described here is useful for the quick determination of soil moisture, especially when many determinations are to be made at a time. The only pieces of apparatus required are some wide‐mouthed conical flasks, a few pieces of glass rod and a balance. The principle involves recording the weight of the flask filled with water and soil sample of known weight (A). This flask weight (H), and the predetermined soil particle density (D_p) and weight of the water‐filled flask (G) are then used to calculate moisture percentage (MP) in the soil sample from the formula:

The method was compared with conventional oven‐drying technique for a wide range of soil textures, moisture contents and other contrasting soil properties. The results obtained showed that the accuracy, precision and simplicity of the method are good, particularly for rapid practical uses.

综述了河豚毒素检测原理与发展趋势,提出了采用化学反应建立河豚毒素快速筛选技术供现场监督检测用;采用GC/MS等建立河豚毒素确证检测方法供实验室监督检测用。     

面向对象方法在Quick Bird影像分类中的应用研究

选取Quick Bird影像,以目视判读法作为精读评价的参考标准,对基于像元值的监督分类和非监督分类法、面向对象分类法进行了分析比较。结果表明,使用面向对象方法能显著提高Quick Bird影像分类精度。     

A quick‐test procedure for soil and plant tissue nitrates using test strips and a hand‐held reflectometer

Abstract

Development of a nitrate quick‐test for use by fanners or field consultants would likely encourage the use of plant tissue and soil nitrate tests as a means to improve nitrogen management. To evaluate a quick‐test method, nitrate concentrations in plant tissue and soils were measured using commercially available nitrate test strips and a hand‐held reflectometer. The results were compared with those obtained with standard laboratory methods. Test strip accuracy and precision and reflectometer precision were determined over a 10 day period using standard KNO₃solutions and colored paper strips. Coefficients of variation ranged from 22.4 to 9.5 percent for the test strips and from 3.5 to 1.6 percent for the reflectometer. Quick‐test results were highly correlated with laboratory results for both plant tissue nitrate (r=0.87) and soil nitrate (r=0.98) concentrations. Results indicated that test strips provide a rapid, reasonably accurate and precise method to determine nitrate concentrations in both soil and plant material

畜禽好得快饮水剂研制和应用报告

选用水溶性能好,不显示副作用,无蓄积的抗菌药E作为饮水剂的抗菌成分.抗菌药E与氯化钠、氯化钾、碳酸氢钢、葡萄糖等合理配伍,制成好得快饮水剂,在三黄种鸡、艾维茵商品肉鸡、雉鸡、鹧鸪、朱斯鸡、猪、牛、犬等畜禽中的临床应用表明,好得快以1:20溶于常水中,令畜禽自由饮用,可有效防治鸡白痢、鸡大肠杆菌、仔猪副伤寒、猪传染性胃肠炎、犊牛副伤寒、犬胃肠炎、中暑、幼畜腹泻等疾病,治愈率达90%以上.在鸡的传染性法氏襄炎、盲肠肝炎、大肠杆菌病、新城疫等多种病中,配合使用好得快,可明显缩短病程,提高临床治愈率,对防制肠道多种细菌感染和继发,并发症效果显著.
