Selecting Bid with Reasonably Low Price Without Bottom Price Based On Sector Estimate

For raveling out the main shortage of tendering which is the reasonable sector is unreasonable of making the bid evaluation uncertain. In order to eliminate subjective factor, this paper quantificationally analyses the price in bidding and establishes the sector selecting bid model based on the sector estimate idea, which tries to provide a new method and academic basic for determining the reasonable sector. Finally, the article gives an example to prove that the model is feasible and effective and it tries to ensure the bidding assessment public, equitable and just.

A Research on the Way of EMBET in the Tracking Systems'' Accuracy-analysis During Satellite Launch

In the past, the criterion for calibration has almost invariably been the stellar oriented ballistic camera,the method is a point to point comparison on the identical coordinate system. Deficiencies is follows: The request of weather is severe(cloudless night); The period is often long; the measure equipment of high precision can't be calibrated. While EMBET methods is used in calibration, it does not need criterion and it demands only that the measure elements is larger than 3,and the trajectory and many system errors of the measure elements can be simultaneously calculated with the measure data sequences. The error models of related equipments' measure elements and the EMBET of typical equipment group are given. The EMBET method is successfully used in Accuracy-analysis of Satellite Launch.     

加工内燃机车齿轮滚刀的设计制造和应用

针对内燃机车牵引传动中某些齿轮要求高的抗弯强度,齿根过度曲线应有最大曲率半径(即齿根倒圆凹坑)时,标准滚刀不能加工的问题,论述了设计、制造突起滚刀的方法,分析了这种带圆头突起(即齿顶变厚)滚刀的廓形特点、参数选择及计算方法,列出了相应的计算公式和技术要求,提出了设计和制造中几个应注意的问题。     

新构形齿轮刀具安装参数对齿形精度的影响

以加工直齿轮为例，根据齿廓啮合原理及齿廓法线建立数学模型，进行理论推导分析及上机电算，探讨了新构形恨具３个安装参数－－中心距Ａ、刀具安装倾角ψ和偏距Ｂ存在误差时，对加工齿轮齿形精度的影响；通过切齿了实验验证。为切齿机床调整提供了理论依据。     

联合收割机脱粒装置三维参数化系统设计

以4ZL－3．0型联合收割机脱粒装置为基础，并以Autodesk公司三维造型软件MDT3．0为设计平台，利用AutoLisp及ObjectARX等开发工具，建立了以数据库为中心的脱粒装置三维参数化设计系统。整个系统按照自上而下的并行方式进行设计，并按照装配等级模型对滚筒的零部件进行了装配。此系统保证了整体的协调性和一致性，并可实现脱粒装置及其变形产品零件图及装置图的快速生成。

Growth and carbon dynamics in mixed grass–red clover leys were simulated using a growth model for pure stands based on radiation use, allocation within plant and loss of biomass. The model and its parameter values were taken from previous applications of the model to pure swards of grass and red clover grown in the same experiment at the same sites and years.
