iTextSharp是一种使用C#语言编写的面向.NET平台,应用广泛、技术成熟的PDF开发类库。作为一种底层开发库,它的出现增加了PDF生成方式选择的灵活性。本研究在查阅相关文献、开发文档的基础上,用文字混合代码的方式描述了iTextSharp在新能源Web系统中PDF报表中的应用,对表格嵌套、页眉页码、图片插入作了详细分析,并对高级应用水印、加密做了简单探讨,说明iTextSharp在PDF报表开发中的应用价值。  相似文献

Multi-target tracking is a hot topic of current research on wireless sensor networks (WSN). Based on adaptive sampling interval, we propose a multi-target tracking algorithm in order to save energy consumption and prevent tracking lost for WSN. We contrast the targets moving model by using the position metadata, and predicte the targets moving status based on extended Kalman filter (EKF).we adopt the probability density function (PDF) of the estimated targets to establish the tracking cluster. By defining the tracking center, we use Markov distance to quantify the election process of the main node (MN). We comput targets impact strength through the targets importance and the distance to MN node, and then use it to build tracking algorithm. We do the simulation experiment based on MATLAB, and the experiment results show that the proposed algorithm can accurate predict the trajectory of the targets, and adjust the sampling interval while the targets were moving. By analyzing the experiments data, we know that the proposed algorithm can improve the tracking precision and save the energy consumption of WSN obviously.  相似文献

转录组测序筛选牛卵泡发育相关基因及其表达差异分析   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
【目的】通过不同生理状态牛卵泡高通量测序筛选与卵泡发育相关的基因。【方法】母牛同期发情后,B超声波连续监测并适时采集第一卵泡波出现偏差前的最大卵泡(the largest follicle at predeviation,PDF1)和第二大卵泡(the second largest follicle at predeviation,PDF2),构建RNA文库后Illumina平台测序,经数据库比对,设定参数筛选高表达基因、差异表达基因并进行GO分析,Genecards基因功能查询进一步筛选与卵泡发育直接相关的调控基因,q RT-PCR对筛选的基因进行表达量验证分析。【结果】两个转录本中共获得263个差异表达基因;GO功能聚类分析共分为三大类90组:其中生物学过程占64.4%,细胞组分占17.8%,分子功能占17.8%;获得一些重要的功能富集通路,如调控信号转导和细胞因子应答的生物途径;基因表达量分析筛选出10个高表达的上调和下调基因,获得参与雌激素合成和胎儿性别发育的CYP17A1、参与类固醇激素合成的LOC785462、细胞发育过程中调节细胞凋亡的DACH1以及调节ERK和MEK1/2信号通路的MAP3K3。Genecards功能查询共获得6个基因与卵泡发育关系较为密切,其中上调基因分别为PRSS35,PTGRF,ARID4B,GPR116;下调基因为APOA1和CPXM1;q RT-PCR结果显示,PRSS35和ARID4B在DF中的表达量显著高于SF(P0.05),CPXM1在SF中的表达量极显著高于DF(P0.01),PTGRF,GPR116和APOA1在DF和SF中的表达量不存在显著差异(P0.05),但其表达变化趋势与高通量测序结果相一致。【结论】转录组测序结果真实可靠,PRSS35和ARID4B在卵泡发育过程中发挥正调控作用,CPXM1在卵泡发育过程中发挥负调控作用,获得的牛卵泡发育相关基因和重要调节途径,对后期深入探讨卵泡发育调控机理的研究具有重要意义。  相似文献

The applicability of sap flux (Fd) measurements to bamboo forests has not been studied. This study was undertaken to establish an optimal and effective design for stand-scale transpiration (E) estimates in a Moso bamboo forest. To this aim, we validated Fd measurements in Moso bamboos in a cut bamboo experiment. In addition, we analyzed how sample sizes affect the reliability of E estimates calculated from Fd and conducting culm area (AS_b). In the cut bamboo experiments, we found that Fd measurement using a 10 mm probe was a valid means of determining the water-use behavior of a Moso bamboo, although a specific correction was needed. Furthermore, we calculated E from stand AS_b (AS_stand) and mean stand Fd (JS). Employing Monte Carlo analysis, we examined potential errors associated with sample size in E, AS_stand, and JS using an original dataset with AS_b and Fd measured for 40 and 16 individuals, respectively. Consequently, we determined the optimal sample size for both AS_stand and JS estimates as 11. The optimal sample sizes for JS were almost the same under different vapor pressure deficit and soil moisture conditions. The optimal sample size for JS at the study site was less than that of a coniferous plantation in the same region probably owing to small individual-to-individual variations in sap flux in the Moso bamboo forest. Our study concludes that sap flux measurements are an applicable technique for assessing water use in Moso bamboo forests.  相似文献

Identifying good investments in environmental management is complex as several prioritization strategies may be used and significant uncertainty often surrounds cost, benefits, and agency budgets. In this paper I developed a model for robust portfolio selection based on preference programming to support cost-effective environmental investment decisions under uncertainty and applied it to the South Australian Murray-Darling Basin. Benefits and costs of 46 investment alternatives (called targets) for managing natural capital and ecosystem services were quantified and the associated uncertainty estimated. Thirty-six investment portfolios were selected using mathematical programming under four investment prioritization strategies (cost-effectiveness (E-max), cost-effectiveness including a suite of pre-committed (or core) costs (E-max), cost-only (C-rank), and benefit-only (B-rank)), three decision rules (pessimistic, most likely, and optimistic), and three budget scenarios (minimum, most likely, maximum). Compared to the optimally performing investment strategy E-max, the E-max and C-rank strategies only slightly reduced portfolio performance and altered portfolio composition. However, the B-rank strategy reduced performance by half and radically changed composition. Uncertainty in costs, benefits, and available budgets also strongly influenced portfolio performance and composition. I conclude that in this case study the consideration of uncertainty was at least as important as investment strategy in effective environmental decision-making. Targets whose selection was less sensitive to uncertainty were identified as more robust investments. The results have informed the allocation of AU$69 million in the study area and the techniques are readily adaptable to similar conservation and environmental investment decisions in other areas at a variety of scales.  相似文献
