The study was to determine effects of dietary supplementation of chitosan (COS) and galacto-mannan-oligosaccharids (GMOS) on some serum biochemical indices, serum growth hormone (GH) and insulin-like growth factor-I (IGF-I) levels, and hepatic and long gissimus muscle IGF-I mRNA expression in early-weaned piglets. Twenty six Duroc × Landrace × Yorkshire piglets at the age of 15 days were used. The piglets had access to creep feed during the suckling. Six piglets were sacrificed for sampling at the beginning of the study. The other 20 piglets were individually housed in metabolic cages and randomly allotted to four corn and soybean meal-based diets including the control group, the antibiotic group with 110 mg lincomycin/kg diet, the COS group containing 0.025% COS, and the GMOS group with 0.20% GMOS, respectively, in a 2-week feeding experiment. Blood urea nitrogen (BUN) level was reduced whereas serum total protein concentration was increased (P < 0.05) in responses to the COS and GMOS supplementation. Dietary supplementation of COS and GMOS also increased (P < 0.05) the serum GH and IGF-I levels along with enhanced hepatic and the muscle IGF-I mRNA abundance. Dietary supplementation of oligosaccharides such as COS and GMOS may improve growth and feed conversion efficiency by increasing plasma GH and IGF-I levels, in the early-weaned piglets.  相似文献

The meal value of Soybean for monogastric animals is determined partly by sucrose, raffinose and stachyose. Of these, sucrose is desirable, while raffinose and stachyose are indigestible, causing flatulence and abdominal discomfort. The objective of this study was to identify quantitative trait loci (QTL) controlling seed sucrose, raffinose, and stachyose in a set of 140 SoyNAM (Nested Association Mapping) recombinant inbred lines (RILs), developed from the cross between lines IA3023 and LD02‐4485. A total of 3,038 SNP markers from the Illumina SoyNAM BeadChip SNP were used to map the QTLs for sucrose and the RFOs, raffinose, and stachyose. Significant genotypic differences (p < .001) among RILs were observed for sucrose, raffinose and stachyose contents across years. A 3038 Illumina SoyNAM BeadChip SNPs identified three QTLs for sucrose, one on chromosome 1, explaining 10% variance and two on chromosome 3 each explaining 22%. Raffinose QTL was detected on chromosome 6, explaining 6% variance. The mapped QTLs were novel and spanned regions harbouring candidate genes with roles in plant growth including seed development.  相似文献

The identity and quantity of and effect ofprocessing on raffinose oligosaccharides in raw,mature seeds of lima beans (Phaseolus lunatus),pigeon peas (Cajanus cajan), African yam beans(Sphenostylis sternocarpa) and jackbeans (Canavalia ensiformis) were investigated. Sucrose,raffinose, stachyose and verbascose were identified byHPLC in all the legume seeds. The total-galactoside contents of the seeds in decreasing order were African yam beans3.84 mg/100 mg; white lima beans 3.62 mg/100 mg; creampigeon peas 3.51 mg/100 mg; red lima beans3.37 mg/100 mg; jackbeans 2.83 mg/100 mg and brownpigeon peas 2.34 mg/100 mg. The predominantoligosaccharide was verbascose in pigeon peas andstachyose in the other three legumes. Cooking unsoakedseeds brought about a greater reduction in the total-galactoside content than soaking for ninehours. The removal of oligosaccharides was higher inlegumes cooked in alkaline solution than in water.Germination quantitatively reduced raffinose,stachyose and verbascose while sucrose was increasedin all seeds except red lima beans and jackbeans.  相似文献

选择 12窝仔猪 ,随机分为 6组 ,每组 2窝 ,从 7日龄开始进行为期 8周的饲养试验 ,在4周末断奶 ,研究了基础日粮中添加寡聚糖、益生素、金霉素以及寡聚糖取代部分抗生素对仔猪生长性能和肠道菌群的影响。结果表明 ,与对照组相比 ,寡聚糖或其与金霉素配伍 ( 2 5mg及 12 .50mg· kg-1饲粮 )使用 ,使仔猪在 0~ 4周日增重分别提高 16.81% ( P>0 .0 5)、 15.91 ( P>0 .0 5)、 15.32 ( P>0 .0 5) ;腹泻率分别降低 7.83 ( P<0 .0 1)、 8.68 ( P<0 .0 1)、 8.35( P<0 .0 1)。在 5~ 8周 ,使仔猪日增重分别提高 9.55 ( P>0 .0 5)、 4 8.84 ( P<0 .0 5)、 38.74( P<0 .0 5) ;料肉比分别降低 0 .2 1( P<0 .0 5)、 0 .4 1( P<0 .0 1)、 0 .4 6( P<0 .0 1) ;腹泻率分别降低 12 .78 ( P<0 .0 1)、 2 2 .2 3 ( P<0 .0 1)、 2 0 .88 ( P<0 .0 1)。 0 .15益生素使 0~ 4周的仔猪腹泻率降低 4 .82 ( P<0 .0 5) ,在 5~ 8周使料肉比降低 0 .17( P<0 .0 5) ,腹泻率降低 4 .90( P<0 .0 5)。金霉素 ( 50 mg· kg-1饲粮 )组在 5~ 8周腹泻率降低 5.16% ( P<0 .0 5)。抗生素、益生素在 0~ 4及 5~ 8周对日增重的影响不大 ( P>0 .0 5)。 2 1日龄和 4 9日龄取新鲜粪样测定结果表明 :寡聚糖或寡聚糖与  相似文献

[目的]研究不同种类寡糖对仔猪免疫力和生产性能的影响。[方法]选择75头7日龄二元杂交仔猪(大约克夏×荣昌猪),随机分为5组,每组15头。分别在每组基础日粮中添加7.5g/kg的异麦芽寡糖、果寡糖、甘露寡糖和混合寡糖,同时设对照组。试验期为53d。在试验过程中,观察临床症状和腹泻情况,每周称重,并记录采食量。饲喂至30日龄和60日龄时,前腔静脉采血,测定免疫指标。[结果]添加7.5g/kg的异麦芽寡糖或果寡糖能显著提高30日龄仔猪的细胞免疫功能(P〈0.05),前者还能显著提高体液免疫功能;添加7.5g/kg的甘露寡糖能显著提高60日龄仔猪的细胞和体液免疫功能(P〈0.05),对仔猪生产性能的促进效果最好,且腹泻率最低。[结论]不同种类寡糖对仔猪免疫力和生产性能的影响存在差异。  相似文献

抗生素作为饲料添加剂已有几十年的历史,其危害已被逐渐认识。发达国家对抗生素作饲料添加剂早已加以限制。我国已经加入世贸组织,为打破国际贸易中的“绿色壁垒”,与国际接轨我国必须开发应用无公害环保型饲料添加剂。为此,对中草药饲料添加剂的特点与功能、应用现状、存在问题和发展趋势,对微生态制剂和低聚糖的特性与作用以及在饲料中的应用进行了综述,为饲料行业人士在生产安全饲料产品过程中有所借鉴。  相似文献

The effect of oligofructose (FOS) or trans-galactooligosaccharides (TOS) inclusion at 10 g/kg diet for growing pigs, at the expense of cornstarch (CON), on growth performance, nutrient digestibilities, and faecal physicochemical parameters was determined. In addition, concentration of volatile fatty acids (VFA) and bacterial -glucosidase, β-glucosidase, β-galactosidase and β-glucuronidase activities in faeces were determined as markers of intestinal microflora metabolic activity. Twelve 35-day-old castrated pigs were allocated to CON, FOS and TOS dietary treatments for an experimental period of 4 weeks. Dietary treatments did not affect animal growth performance. FOS and TOS pigs tended to have a lower faecal output than CON pigs by approximately 6.0% and 1.7% respectively. FOS and TOS did not affect total tract apparent digestibility of dry matter, organic matter, fat, crude protein, crude fiber, ADF and cellulose. Digestibility of carbohydrate components such as nitrogen free extract and NDF was significantly (P ≤ 0.05) higher in TOS pigs compared to CON and FOS. Digestibility of hemicellulose in TOS pigs did not differ from FOS but was significantly higher from CON. The experimental period had a significant effect on most of the parameters determined. There were no significant (P ≤ 0.05) differences between treatments regarding total VFA concentration and faecal bacterial enzyme activities. Nevertheless, an increased saccharolytic activity in the gut of FOS and TOS pigs could be postulated by the trends for apparently higher VFA concentration and bacterial -glucosidase and β-galactosidase activities.  相似文献

本试验旨在研究酸化剂、益生素和寡糖单独或合并使用对断奶仔猪微生物菌群以及免疫功能的影响。试验采用2×2×2因子设计,共8个处理,每个处理4个重复,每个重复1头猪。试验结果表明:(1)试验全期添加酸化剂提高血液IgG水平(21.74%),降低粪便中大肠杆菌的数量(58.31%);添加益生素显著提高血液IgG水平(10.40%,P<0.05),极显著提高淋巴细胞转化率(6.61%,P<0.01);添加寡糖极显著提高血液IgG水平(19.23%,P<0.01)和淋巴细胞转化率(11.76%,P<0.01)。添加酸化剂、益生素或寡糖均提高粪便中乳酸杆菌和双歧杆菌数量,降低大肠杆菌数量,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。(2)益生素加酸化剂、寡糖加酸化剂、益生素加寡糖、三者合用显著提高血液IgG水平和淋巴细胞转化率(P<0.05),对血液IgM水平没有显著的影响(P>0.05)。酸化剂和益生素对提高断奶仔猪血液IgG水平具有显著的互作效应(P<0.05)。酸化剂和寡糖、益生素和寡糖对血液IgA水平具有极显著(P<0.01)和显著(P<0.05)的互作效应,表现为较单独添加寡糖降低IgA水平;酸化剂和益生素未体现出显著的互作效应(P<0.05)。酸化剂、益生素和寡糖合用较对照组和单独添加降低大肠杆菌数量,较单独添加降低淋巴细胞转化率,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。由此得出结论:酸化剂、益生素、寡糖单独或合并使用均能改善断奶仔猪微生物菌群,增强其免疫功能。  相似文献
